In every sense of the word anvil, it's hammer time. Not something new from that MC dude, but cognitive disparaging thought that "change" has come to America. Moreover; it's time our new Prez tightens the reigns and gets it in the got its' good category and throws passes to Congress that makes sense to "all" Americans. And to end this beginning quote as the right course without needing a dictionary or glasses to read and understand the fine print, e.g.; exactly translates as alot less of the more of the same 'ol Democrat vs. Republican family fueds are better left unsaid at tax payer expense and completely a waste of time as we move forward springing into summer preparing for this winter in the ta'day meaning yesterday.
Except for the interjection of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act & Housing and Forclosure Initiative that has put leiniency upon maybe moving America feasibly sliding up out of Recession, nothing's even come close to the change that was projected on the campaign trail from our new Prez. Certainly not the same-same agenda he's re-instating as in the previous powers from the Clinton years unless of course you're counting extended "purchase agreements" re-ordered just the way they were that got discontinued by the Bush Presidency, i.e.; the same nothing has changed as in Prez Obama overturning the previous Prez Bush's Executive orders as the first agenda (...blah, blah, blah - yadi-yadi yoda).
In da herein after play by play re-vamp; "...and I will go line by line through the Executive Budget and I will put America back into the hands of the middle class where it belongs" was the priceless quote of speech that got eye brows raised and people excited that this guy really was going to bring actual "change" to America instead of more of the same pork barrel spending on bridges to no-where that got U.S. in this mess in our great Country in the first place.
So as not yet ta' put my size 11 triple e' wides into Prez Obama's rear admiral before his 100th day because that would be un-civilized, I'll just say from the bottom up Mr. President was your best closing argument built on Constitutionality and not that Civil Attorney crap you're now feeding Americans trying to get us to buy into your agenda. And since we're on this mock-mock here and a knock-knock there, the case clearly on the docket today that the Pre-April fool is mocking conserns opening up an old wound (...as in current newly executive re-instatements of the appointed). In the form of fact regarding "absolute value"; any of these political savvy who pushed N.A.F.T.A. without contingency need to take a look at the path of destruction that shows clear, clean, and pure that an overwhelming percentage of jobs sent over seas "is" where Americans are now losing their homes & livelihood and the such are not the kind of agenda Americans need, want, nor appreciate. Furthermore, if every new Executive Order, Resolution, Bill and/or the otherwise does not have this formula, then it will not structurally build the lateral necessity America needs in the get it, got it, good category!

Example:
Take the North American Free Trade Agreement and correct it, then add into the equation the recycle / delete system that keeps it a "fair trade" deal for The United States of America as a whole or throw it out the window and start fresh because it's not going to improve all on it's own as in We the People are still in a Recession Yo and our Pursuit of happiness is dis-infranchizingly dwindling.
Last words in the lane...
So getting back to case in question. What happened to Main street vs. Wall street Mr. Prez? In the land of D.C. not comics but certainly comical, Lawyers and Lobbyists may think they're the great white sharks of "psychological warfare", however, they build careers swimming through the sea of hard working American dreams looking to cash in while continually plagerizing the work of someone else calling it a simple little thing called precedence. Moreover, with just that simple little sentence in the same case scenario of just like the previous then and now & now and then, the Orca is obviously still the king of the sea.
Post Script:
One simple sentence is called into attention more than any of all the others and it simply says, "This is not the time, however, to be cautious on domestic policy" and the Prez's agenda should be "Energy" as 1/2, then "Education" as 1/4 and "Health Care" as 1/4 with all three recycling 1/3 through the same herein above stated equation...
...and Ousty still translates as stay cool from the comic sans ms persona of the pre-april fool (ha-ha).
