Hill entertains transmission improvements from engine...

The Sub-Committee on Energy & Environment held hearings yesterday with worthy of confidence experts concerning The Electricity Grid Future and National Transmission Policy to get the big wheels project turning.

Among the many complex outlines, underlying progresses, and undermining courses of action, scope & purpose met in the middle to determine that the "federal backstop" was most favorable when 3 main points of view stand out above the rest in the interest of the American people as a whole; no specific systems; no specific cost allocations; and specific Legislation that can not be utilized in the courts as a means for un-necessary delay.

As the commendable panel(s) of experts testified before Congress for their vision of the long term solutions, the identification for quantifying, prioritizing, developing, and reviewing action(s) of risk takes us out of yesterday into today.

From one of the most enlightening events in our Nations history when 'ol Ben tied a key to a string that was fastened to a kite in a brewing thunder storm, the shut down of America's analog service across the States just goes to say, "as some things obsolete themselves into existence, forming combinations clearly emphasize a condition with respect to circumstances in re-structured phases around science, technology, engineering, and management are just the simple creation of tomorrows visions for today and the next".

As the Smart Grid starts to gain real traction with an upcoming meeting of more than 40 of our Country's Governors pursuant to State to State transactions where ground construction is best served, concerns of cost overlays brought up the scenario of who should eat the initial costs especially for those States that don't immediately access the National Grid. With that last sentence obviously positioned where it should be, where the National Grid overlaps like an extension cord stretched across their yards, Transmission Alternate Path Systems (TAPS) or relay stations could be built outside rural and un-developed areas and could be monitary allocated as specific language of the "federal backstop".

If Ben Franklin were alive today having just have one statement in this complex world we now live that he helped create, I'd guess he'd say something along the lines of, "Interstate Highways & Railroads have given each State their ability for the transfer of ideas to conclude that this particular "federal backstop" program should include language that taxes received from host businesses of the National Grid should be returned as dividends for citizens who consume that energy under their specific jurisdiction in such a most delightful expansion of progress that which I am eternally grateful".

Last words in the lane:

Pertaining to mechanisms that represent data by measurement(s) of continuous variables via voltage or pressure, with the detainee release of some of Gitmo's supposed "axis of evil" participants now enlightening the media that they are not terrorists and just want to live in peace to start a legitimate business of their own, maybe it's time for The United States to look at our own ex-convicted felons and finite ways of change that don't make our own citizens feel like they're still on trial after they've already served their time.  Exact translation; the little fish keep getting railroaded while the big fish ride the highway of mostly getting away with a slap on the wrist and that just plain and simply has to change.
