Congress gives unhealthy water rations to starving American families...

Amended and revised:

California Central Valley farmers south of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta will receive just 10 percent of their water allocations due to a court order that came from policy directed by Conservation lobby groups. Combined decisions in these recessive times stand proud of a job well done that drying up one of the Nations most drought stricken areas and putting 37,000 Americans out of a job in direct dire straights is more important than a simple resolve of transferring the source to another part of the region where it could flourish on Federal lands under the endangered species protection act.

Described as the true words of an American injustice, while President Obama made light of humoring media personnel at the Radio and Television Correspondents Association Dinner and early friday held a White House dads day luncheon, it's no laughing matter that real working class dads and their families are starving as crops dry up where there is more than enough available water to keep them in business.  All they have to do is turn the pumps back on with a simple little Executive Order by the President declaring the issue a regional disaster whereas up to 80,000 people are in direct and immediate danger of losing their livelihoods.  Less have received a lot more!

Not only has the President and media fallen down on the job in this issue, all praises and laughter they patted themselves on the back for covering stories of poverty and famine across the world are deserving nothing more than a sharp slapping shame all because of delta smelt (minnow) that's doing absolutely nothing by way of nutritional value except creating thousands of acres of fallowed fields and unemployment in the region so high at 40% that it should be a felony crime pursuant to individuals that did no other research than see that fish at that specific area were getting caught up in river pumps and filed some words that weren't worth the paper they were written on.

In determining "critical habitat" through The Department of Interior (DOI), the specific language is "an area occupied by a species requiring protection that contains the physical or biological features that are essential to the conservation of that species".  Since the alleged endangered species is "bait fish" and there are more than trillions of bait fish in the ocean approximately 60 miles away, there is no real endangerment.  And even if the Delta smelt only exists in California, this species of smelt (minnow) could exist anywhere else on the planet and creating such devastation to a region should enlighten Class Action Tort Reform to new levels of language that prevents future events such as this from even being considered.

Although the Pacific Legal Foundation has launched a new lawsuit against the Delta smelt calling the federal government's protection of the imperiled fish "unconstitutional" and "immoral", the fact that this species of smelt (minnow) has no commercial value whereas nobody buys or sells this fish exactly translates that the court is completely liable and found to be incompetent by not adhering to the U.S. Constitution's Commerce Clause that limits federal domestic regulatory power to persons, things, or activities involved in, or affecting, interstate commerce (Article I, Section 8).  Again there is no real proven endangerment except unlawful intent towards human habitation whereas citizens of California are being devastatingly suppressed and excessively crumbling under previous self sustaining strongholds that clearly constitutes reckless endangerment.

Moreover, it was spiteful neglect from Democrats on the Hill while Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) received no relief when he spoke on the House floor that, "You're spending $1 trillion and you won’t put in one provision that would create and/or save 60,000 jobs! This is an insult to my constituency!"

Last words in the lane:

Notwithstanding the fact that nothing at all represents "green provisions" in this Democratic plan of balancing proper Amendments in the House, solvency has been provided whereas the Department of Interior (DOI) has also allegedly evolved mechanisms to help minimize these conflicts. So where is Secretary Ken Salazar & assistant for water and science? Other than that, not limited to the fact that comedian/actor Paul Rodrigez is the only one that stepped up to the plate, entertainment personalities have made multi-millions in that State who consistently proclaim foreign interests of deprivation and this dilemma should also not be limited to being known to every American blind constituent eye and all constituent deaf ears.
