Department slams inquiry into central nervous system...

In nothing more than acts of ratifying voidable estates, the following are manifest necessity of confession and aviodance in the plenary and herein state:

As U.S. Attorney General  Eric H. Holder Jr. clicks the heat lamp on high beams  by investigating alleged prisoner abuse via CIA interrogators, many key and not so key players come out to grab some exclusive headline action.  So heck with it, let's give 'em what they're asking for and "just" a little bit more "ice"...

With ex-speaker of the House Newt Gingrich leading the political hack attack pack with all that hot air about A.G. Holder being fired by President Obama, it just goes to show why Newt can't get the support of the American people for the Prez position himself.  Holder is doing his job as he should no matter the lead, and the way it looks maybe A.G. Holder should investigate Newt Gingrich to see if he had anything to do with the firing of those nine U.S. attorneys that had the whole George W. Bush Administration claiming "I don't recall".

...on the other hand, if A.G. Holder is holding some sort of passive grudge for the firing of nine U.S. attorneys in 2006, then "v" is for vendetta and that's not the type of Attorney General this Country needs nor can afford on the tax payers dime.

Expounding the obvious entitlement of this post, it seems ex-Vp Cheney is disgruntled about investigations prying into the CIA by the Justice Department concerning water boarding episodes because he knows there was illegal action or he wouldn't claim, "the interrogations worked and saved the United States from being attacked again". So with a little refresher course of the elephant never forgets, this isn't about whether the interrogations saved lives or not, that's irrelevant.  This issue truly boils down to the actual "architects" in the legality of using water boarding techniques and since A.G. Holder appears to have shied away from going to war with veteran Justice Department attorneys over controversial prosecutions of OLC lawyers and redirected eager OPR attorneys to re-craft some liar/lawyer intellectual design against low level CIA operatives.  If this gets white-washed as so, then U.S. Attorney General  Eric H. Holder Jr. should resign because he will be the weakest link of President Obama's agenda to "bring change to Washington" and these vicious cycles of endowment at the hands of lawyers and attorneys are the exact change Washington needs.

When it comes down to the buck stops at the President's desk, you have to ask yourself.  Is it Whatever's-clever in the land of political savvy to keep points high and moral low against the opposition? Wrong answer dude. It makes the leadership in this Country look weak and inferior to our allies & adversaries especially when the claim to fame is multi-partisanship & bi-partisanship negotiable agreements that will pave the way to a successful future. And to attest to that scenario, President Obama should not accept any foundation of this water boarding situation as a criminal matter against anyone except the lawyers themselves and moreover as a matter of cloture to close the book on allowing these type of extortion measures to continue that may end up in the laps of American victimized citizens. These wire-tapping boards of water that play to the beat of their own drummers is an exclusive and President Obama could also line-item veto all previous "Executive Orders" that border on the fringes of un-certainty.

Getting back to reminding Cheney, it's better to receive some "harsh psycological scare tactics" by the Department of Justice than allow the American Civil Liberties Union (A.C.L.U.) access into matters of National Security.  Those bottom feeders would sell their own mother for a small fee and Ex-Vp Cheney should also be reminded that confession and aviodance in the plenary is just another way of saying he admitted the "illegality" allegations true at the mercy of the American People and is believed conclusive that the tactics did work because we have not had another major attack since 9/11.

Now for a situation that really deserves attention.  Cheney was chairman and CEO of Halliburton from 1995 to 2000 before he became Vice President of the United States of the Bush Presidency in 2001.  So what you say.  Well what say you about Halliburton getting no-bid Federal Government contracts such as cleaning up the wrath of Katrina in New Orleans during the time ex-chairman and CEO of Halliburton, Vp Cheney was in fact in the exact public office that granted those contracts where it's illegal for a politician to grant favoritism from the power of said public office?  Humm... Democrats made a big deal out of it while Republicans were empowered by cronyism kings and queens of K-street. So why not bring that situation up when the Democrats hold the majority in Congress, the Office of the President, and can actually do something about it?

This issue of trying to indict an ex-President & Vice President is "against the peace" that's the very piece of the pie President Obama is dishing out as his agenda even if the alleged issues may in fact have been contra pacem.  As for those shiesty lawyers who wrote and drafted all the approval rated "water boarding techniques" now, then and again on the chopping block?  Off with their heads is the only thing the American People will accept.

Last words in the lane:

On September 8th, 2009, apparently there's going to be an "AstroTurf" gathering in the District according to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.  As speculated by the Democrat from California, this scheduled incident is, "nothing but bought-and-paid-for minions of dozens of special interest groups ranging from Big Pharmaceutical to trial lawyers that will not appear to be the everyday citizens speaking on behalf of just average Americans".  Hummm.... sounds like the stage is set to click the heat lamp on high beams

Post script:

If you read http://www.cnn.com/2004/ALLPOLITICS/01/19/scotus.cheney.scalia/ and believe it to be true that even Justice Scalia has the clout to say, " "I do not think my impartiality could reasonably be questioned", then you're an idiot; "just" plain and simple "ice".
