Nexus highlights Lexus on Presidents' upcoming agenda...

As the saying goes, no news is bad news, and new news keeps ratings at full steam ahead  where the media is concerned.  And when it comes to immigration reform it's the same-same story all around.

Since President Regan initiated the amnesty program for illegal immigrants as a way to finite legality to those that truly come to America for work and a better life, up and down roller coasters have gained momentum in the struggle to right the righteous-right the delinquents who only come to this country for a free ride-and wrong American businesses that utilize cheap work forces to stay in business by eliminating competition in and not in accordance with local, state, and national legislative policy.

Sad but true, the double-triple-quadruple jeopardy in cost(s) & allocation(s) of illegal immigration has plagued as well as benefited the United States over the last couple decades. Welfare, Emergency room visits, wage decreases for legal citizens, and returning illegal immigrants back to their country of origin are defintely the negative aspects and are serious concerns of the American tax payer that need the reform overhaul once and for all.

Since Ronald Regan brought forth turning over a new leaf for some, Nancy Regan had the intellect to "just say no to drugs" because she was smart enough to know overwhelming successes of the illegal drug industry was, is, and will continue to be primarily due to the influence of capitalist individuals that do not support that ideology in their own countries.  And in accordance with the laws of this land, tougher laws must be implaced to curtail crime and violence that associate themselves with the drug trade first and foremost as well as strengthen border protection.

So what is President Obama going to offer with his "immigration reform" agenda?  Some experts say the influx of illegal immigrants have declined due to enforcement of existing laws. This is the primary goal of the American People who pay into this system that have to abide by the laws of this Country and since this recessive economy has taken many American families and displaced their own well being, President Obama should not be dissuaded nor hindered by the successful strategies that just simply keep people honest.  Moreover, even if illegal immigration is down, President Obama should keep that pace going and adhere new standards that protect the American citizens overall.

In today's actuality, flight of the ever-more-needed immigration reform is not all it seems. It's quite clear that hispanics are the driving force of immigration reform and their underlying issue is that African Americans had their time to stand and be counted and now individuals and groups of individuals from Mexico & Southern American hemisphere want their space here in America to be recognized as well.  Yeah, this is not about immigration from around the entire planet, today's immigration reform is primary about Mexican & South American nationalists wanting history to record all their achievements in this Country just plain and simple.

However the circumstance in this ever changing world, when it comes to immigration reform no news is bad news and new news just needs the right initiative(s) to get the issue off the streets, through Congress, and on the President's desk to sustain the next couple of decades until the times they will be a changing again. So without further ado:

Jus : Reform must be fruitful as to benefit United States Citizens first and foremost as a whole including surrounding territories...

Jus aequum : Reform obviously must not infringe on the characterization of a specific party but be flexible & adapt to the specific needs of the individual of said individual's
particular case...

Jus commercii : Reform must have the audacity to know that the American People as a whole do want diversity from all around the planet via immigration into this country because business is business. However, American citizens want it all to be legitimate, fair, and not border anti-trust violations as well as not see sweat shops that violate human rights including and not limited to equal opportunity whereas minority businesses must hire non-minority personnel as such as the visa versa has been enacted into law...

Jus gogens : Reform must coincide with accepted reasonables that recognize international laws and standards but weigh in favor of all mannerisms of the United States of America and it's surrounding territories...

Jus accrescendi : Reform must accredit facts, matters, and laws of the United States that decree no rights will be complete for immigrant family members until any said individual has earned full and stable citizenship...

Jus abutendi : Reform must not adhere a standard of practice that allows the destruction of the United States of America in it's base foundation of the American Flag and English
Language...

Jus possidendi : Reform must with total & due diligence comprehend that the path to citizenship be a simple and understandable process organizing an ethical standard that teaches immigrants the cohesive structure of peaceful negotiation and not segregation...

Jus banci : Reform must demonstrate that Mexican & South American Nationalists have adhered peaceful demonstrations in their plea for early 21st Century immigration reform and our American history books should reflect, record, and accredit these outstanding deeds via yearly additions in our United States scholastic system re-write adjustments to recognize all those great and small shall be recognized for the duties they ever so
contributed to this Country with & without fail.

[ to be continued in the jus... ]

 Last words in the lane:

Illegal is not legal plain and simple and this ideology will not be accepted nor tolerated by the American People. And expounding the obvious word in the previous sentence as being "illegal", there are a lot of Mexican & South American illegal immigrants that could assist our Nations farmers before they are deported back to their country.  In recognition of such instances where services provide legitimate assistance to the health of our American farmers, instances like these should be rewarded fairly in compensation as well as an above satisfactory status report when the illegal immigrant applies for a guest worker or temporary visa to return to work in the United States. Amnesty just will not pass Congress nor be acccepted by the American People as a whole.  Been there done with that. New "immigration reforms" must provide other avenues of standard the citizens of this Country honor and respect and the simplisity of legislation sustaining the next couple of decades in the least are just a matter of respect or We the People will never get over the mole hill to climb the mountain of success these minor key points to ponder in the herein above stated obvious shall bring.

Have a great labor day weekend ya'll
