When Bush & Cheney went for the golden ring after 911, they sought
expertise through a team of lawyers to circumvent every loophole
possible to get around The Constitution without actually abandoning
it.
In real terms it's called " res gestae ", and in translation its'
precision is that it invites confusion of one rule with another and
creates uncertainty as to the limitations of both. The effect;
"warrantless wiretaps".
So to save a point when it may not be clearly brought under some better and more clearly defined, H. R. 3162 IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES on October 24, 2001 was presented as TITLE II--ENHANCED SURVEILLANCE PROCEDURES in the USA PATRIOT ACT.
While all of America were in the mindset of Uniting and Strengthening
America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and
Obstruct Terrorism, a wormhole was not repudiated, but added as a
vicious element in our legal phraseology.
So to save another point when it may not be clearly brought under some better and more clearly defined, Subtitle B--Bank Secrecy Act Amendments and Related
Improvements
also located in the USA PATRIOT ACT, clearly says someone was watching
the show since early 2002 while the second feature led astray to where
we've ended up in the last couple months with all these Bank failure
probabilities.
In all actuality I can bash Bush, Cheney and Karl Rove all I want, none
of all three are intelligent enough to pull this off, but I can blame
them for being so stupid as to think it wasn't possible because these
guys do know business even if their strategy, tactic or concessionary
validation kept us from another terrorist attack.
In view of civil rights and civil liberties of all Americans with
information being the best assertion, information that was delivered to
Bush & Cheney through these intelligence sources brings up what did
they know when comes to multi-trillion dollar amounts being transfered
as in a flat scale model.
You can quote all your paranoid fusion all you want, I'd rather have
our Agency Services revisit all that information Bush & Cheney
spent chasing terrorists with and put together actual sciences transfered
into Law referring business as an actual source to just come up with
answers that will dig us out of this mess.
The answers are there, and since that info is still probably a National
Security issue excluding cases that went through the Foreign
Intelligence Surveillance Act, it should be the duty of our protective
services to actually do some real protective crisis circumvention to
help dig us out of this big hole too.
If they can take equations out of the scenario to centralize on key
points, they should be able to put teams back into all that
intelligence info not going after terrorists, but finding legal
business trajectory that will give our new Prez and Congress the true
solid base that will really make a difference in remedial negotiations.
We don't need more I don't recalls, we need fact based on charts
attributed to Law & Business thru any sciences that adapt
everything from the nano to a mountain as a feasible working model that
translates into American prosperity.
Wall street still isn't helping with conversations of the impatient
being patient, and the proof of "all" this activity is in litigation
that keeps putting off
today what could have been achieved yesterday.
As every American
knows, sometimes a doctors appointment is more gratifying, and we need
the whole team connecting the dots focused on creating new jobs instead
of stock piling a whole bunch more litigation that more often than not,
bears full weight on the American tax payer.
The real negative ads are that Both Obama & McCain keep talking about each others tax plan thinking in the same 'ol way of thought of the condition we are currently in when we just need to cut a couple corners on the shelf life of wasted space and put those gears into motion in a due diligence amount of time.
