Since Ronald Regan brought forth turning over a new leaf for some, Nancy Regan had the intellect to "just say no to drugs" because she was smart enough to know overwhelming successes of the illegal drug industry was, is, and will continue to be primarily due to the influence of capitalist individuals that do not support that ideology in their own countries.  And in accordance with the laws of this land, tougher laws must be implaced to curtail crime and violence that associate themselves with the drug trade first and foremost as well as strengthen border protection.
 
So what is President Obama going to offer with his "immigration reform" agenda?  Some experts say the influx of illegal immigrants have declined due to enforcement of existing laws. This is the primary goal of the American People who pay into this system that have to abide by the laws of this Country and since this recessive economy has taken many American families and displaced their own well being, President Obama should not be dissuaded nor hindered by the successful strategies that just simply keep people honest.  Moreover, even if illegal immigration is down, President Obama should keep that pace going and adhere new standards that protect the American citizens overall.

With the Honorable Senator from Massachusetts who was an all American Delegate of the United States, Edward M. Kennedy's life achievements have filled many newspapers for the past few days since his passing on Tuesday and he & Vicki actually sent me a personal e-mail once or twice so I'll refer to him as Ted for the rest of this post.

Obviously there's not a lot for me to add that hasn't already been said. However, there are a few well mentioned facts that are "superficially correct on the surface" about the chief executive negotiator of the Senate who was dedicated to righting all things that sat squarely wrong on the backs of the American people.

One "specious" thing that always bothered me about the label game people throw on others was that the far right always called Ted Kennedy the far left liberal.  However, Ted was a man who actually accomplished all the things that the far right stand and take credit for and you can look up the facts to see that Ted was and still is a continued driving force of energy on legislation concerning civil rights, health care, education, voting rights and labor serving as chairman of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions at his death. 

Ted was the Lion of the Senate and was called that because he was a king of politics when push came to shove on Legislation that had all the right meaning but not the right words to sustain votes of passage.  And far be it for me to say better than others who actually dealt with Ted over the years, I just had to say it here because it was something I respected and admired about the man of the people even if I didn't, don't or won't fully agree on some of the Hallmark moments he got accomplished in Politics.

A few key points to ponder when it comes to health care is as Dennis Miller would say such as "I'm not getting off on a rant here", but when E.M.T. and Fire & Rescue along with a few local police officers keep showing up for the same individual(s) to escort said individual(s) to the emergency room every other week, there's obviously abuse and/or neglect of the system that effects tax dollars not wisely spent including medical staff and personnel that do not adhere an ethical standard of practice by continually accepting the situation as it is.  That along with abuse of prescription drugs is where new reforms must adhere practical measures of adjustment if our American Health Care System will sustain any longevity. And in reference to my difference of opinion, this is where me and Ted may not see eye to eye because he has viewed the side(s) of life where he has seen those that truly need the prescription drugs they are taking, and I've seen way too many that are frauds, fakes and swindlers of the system.  And this isn't to say that Big Pharma creating and pushing all those dependent prescription drugs into the daily lives of the American People are getting off the sinking swindlers ship, the reality is that sometimes being politically correct needs to sit their butts down and take a number as the last in line while those with real experience actually construct feasible working models instead of keeping the "oh poor me individuals" in the fast lane of un-successful recovery.

However my difference of opinion on the Health Care issue that was Ted Kennedy's life work, those who criticize Ted and keep trying to bury his dream of fair health care for all Americans might just want to think twice. Why? We'll just keep that a secret for now.  However, not far from me be it to say, Ted probably negotiated his way as keeper of the gate with all his great dedication for making everything right so I'll end this in peace now for all the rest.

A filibuster is nothing more than a subversive tactic to stall out any and all Legislation commonly utilized in Congress by the either Party in power. So is this clearly deemed a waste of time on the taxpayers dime? And can this therefore be calculated as moreover incompetent since the opposing individual(s) can't negotiate proper protocol for compromise?

The political bully process is and has been long overdue for reform, and while issues surface as immediate and long term change for the betterment of common good, the bad and ugly seem to find their way to the front lines every time.  Take for instance the "cash for clunkers" program that gave Americans new vehicles and steel for the much needed "American" recycle situation.  It may have only added a small percentage to the big picture, but opposition to any and everything seem to think the crumbling distinction of inaction is the best action of all.  And although reading anti-everything articles are entertainingly enjoyable, here on Planet Earth in the real world there are serious issued dilemmas that need to be bridged & abridged even if it's one 'lil, two 'lil, three 'lil engines that could at a time.

Not everything is plasma screen perfect from all 180 degrees, and most of the time keeping government out of our everyday lives is the best medicine obviously including "earmarked pork barrel spending" as part of this conversation piece.  However, what is our U.S. Government supposed to do with all the money it rakes in except keep giving in to wasteful spending and giving to other countries that hate us in hopes they won't bite the hand that feeds? And the big question of the day. How can our U.S. Government be giving away billions of dollars overseas while not able to pay down the deficit?

Notwithstanding foreign countries also adding to the Uncle Sam cash cow program, they seem to be the only target market these days for the spread of democracy that's seemingly failing here in America.  And since a majority of foreign nationals send a lot of their money back home they make here, these double dips are starting to raise questions of how come Americans keep getting the short end of the stick like U.B.S. Associates who keep their savings in Swiss Banks.  Not including the alleged illegal fraud activity, the Department of Justice seems to be missing the double standard of allowing some to send their money out of the country and not all. 

Bid'ness is biz'ness and the point being made is that a lot of money seems to flow out of the United States including mass donations by our U.S. Government on top of the generosity of foreign nationals to their families.  Obviously families taking care of their own less fortunate is not a problem and nor should it be hindered including charitable donations on every stage of our American gratuity.  The United Nations continually fails to provide solid solutions except to receive large amounts of U.S Government moneys with no accountability when it comes to impoverished Nations and the betterment of their everyday lives.  

And thus brings us to the real answered questionable.  Why is our country going broke with Social Security and Medicare/Medicaid when our U.S. Government has all these billions to send overseas?  The answer is obviously a lot closer than you think and maybe it's high time to get serious about the "fair tax" so nobody gets left out of the loop where now only law biding citizens are the ones footing all the bills for those not paying their dues at the same time they see their benifits dwindling into nothing, nil, nada.  In retrospect; Chuga, chuga, chuga, one 'lil, two 'lil, three 'lil engines that need to...

Republicans don't give a hill of beans about the middle class except to give with one hand and take away with the other and since Democrats & President Obama promised to make life easier for the middle class that seems to come up lucky number 7 every time for those that roll along in lobby enriched bull dozers, maybe the Department of Justice needs to have a look-see into the law books at this fraud thing that clearly happens with almost every politician.  Every media archive in the Country show this injustice without an end to the means and with noteworthy moments always needing a little nudge once in a while, these times are always right for the middle class to put agree to dis-agree on the shelf for a while and hold our political savvy accountable to doing what they said they were going to do for once. 

...Biz'ness is Bid'ness and they were elected to do the job they said they would and it's high time they just simply did exactly starting with this 111th Congress and this President on down the chain of command line at a usual constant pace of chuga, chuga, chuga, one 'lil, two 'lil, three 'lil, powerful engines that can.

As politics and issues are centralized on President Obama because Congress is out to lunch more often than not these days, the hub-bub around popularity of the President is just that popularity usually graduates in negative numbers unless ground breaking dirt gets shoveled one way or the other.  The next obvious normality in line is that there's no one else to pick on, nothing is really transpiring as legislations goes except Executive Orders, and Republicans are up to their 'ol tricks with the good 'ol boy rule of grabbing the treat right out of the bag as usual.
 
Since Congress is out of play and the Executive Administration has nothing but time on their hands, one simple question does exist.  What did happen to the road down campaign promise lane? And since the health care scare drove right up on the White House lawn, maybe President Obama can remember one promise he ought to keep.  Ergo the i.e of e.g. you ask?  The Tboone Pickens Plan for starters, and then throwing some lead anchors at the far right wingers with some all of the above Energy Independence since the oley oxen cart blanch health care is far from having all cards on the table.  Waste not want not? Time seems to keep slipping away in the popularity ratings game with no where else to turn except where President Obama should have began in the first place such as money pouring into the system instead of lackluster effects of red lining deficit numbers into the mouth of a black hole.
 
To entertain the lavish & agreeable, it may not be as simple as keeping in step with every promise of the campaign trail.  However, in regards to the imagination getting off first base without the need to steal second causing political windfall, President Obama may need to look right across the White House front yard at such base building projects like the one at 1801 K-street. 

Uniquely qualified for partnering in from the ground up re-structuring, Jones Lang Lasalle & Summerset Partners have changed the 1801K address into the Address in a manner of speaking where the President might find new friends that during his Senate term he may of thought adversaries just because of the K-street insignia. Other than the fact that Jones Lang LaSalle is geared up to host new tenants with all the amenities, a quick little hamburger run to Jack's across the street on 18th street between K & L might turn out to be just the right situated conversation to get the ball rolling on President Obama's "to re-build America, we need to do it from the ground up instead of the top down..." speech.  Worker bees just don't go to work and write their own paychecks every week or month.  That takes from the top down investment, and Government transactions is an investor service specialty of Jones Lang LaSalle where the Obama Administration can use all the help they can get while Democrats see their popularity numbers roll down the slippery slope.  And although it's too early to call, the American People are the ones who are suffering if the Party in power doesn't have the polished brass to mow down mountains of dilemma, distress, and distraction from everyday American lives in our pursuit of happiness.  So as the non-fictional story continues...

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton seems to be trotting across the globe to secure American Embassies at a minor fortune a piece billed to American tax dollars where some are right in the heart of taliban insurgency playing fields. [ Humm... bad guys who hate Americans are seeing the construction of safe havens for Americans built in their Country ].  Who ever thought up that target market idea should see their career go into the circular file, especially in this already maddening economy.  However including and not limited to, where the sidewalk ends and the road begins at Hillary's State Department front yard on the 23rd street side there's more than a bumpy ride, and before Senator Clinton found her own voice on the Presidential campaign trail she used to majorly advocate a smooth ride for "American" drivers and passengers.  So maybe she could make a little dash with Prez Obama, Vp Biden & White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel to Jack's burgers before social hour at the 1801K building to get some insight on how to really-truly-actually re-build this Country from the ground up and feasibly get the ball rolling instead of all that bridge to nowhere preaching from the President that continues going everywhere at it's usual ever-flowing pace.

Down...set...hut,hut,hut...hut, and he's going, going, going, awwwwwe... President Obama tripped over his own shoe strings with only goal to go on the public health care option in nothing more than a condition that makes life difficult, challenging, or uncomfortable. 

You know, those ignoramuses that think a good story is better than the truth always calling themselves good natured humanitarians...

Getting back to the issue at hand.  "...not the essential element", says Kathleen Sebelius on a Government alternative to private health Insurance.  Well you can bet your boots on that lady HHSS, the real deal on the Government Plan and/or Option is an obvious look very close at Canada & Massachusetts and their non-sustaining health care plans to see that going back to the drawing board instead of creating another weak kneed bureaucracy called the health insurance cooperative is in the plans we already have and had been paying into all these years such as Medicare / Medicaid / Social Security.  These services are going to have more than 50 million Americans very angry in the next 10 years for taking all our money all our lives and not giving us what we paid in for unless our fearless leaders fix the dilemma yesterday translating as definitely not waiting until tomorrow!

Since President Obama is just going to bow to the Republicans at the drop of a hat. Is this going to be another Vietnam with Afghanistan?  What we need out of the Johnson era is hereto ethermore...

As Congress and President Obama hit the campaign trail in search of necessary ammo to revamp the health care system, a few misguided steps along the way give passage to more than a few noteworthy moments.
 
Of course number one on today's better late than never hit list is when Congresswoman Pelosi as usual mis-characterized the state of the Union when she said it was un-American to speak out in defiance at public forums.  Maybe she should actualize reality and figure out that many Americans don't want her San Francisco type of union agreements, nor the banishment of our gas guzzling-fuel injected Tim the Tool man Taylor type of on and off road vehicles.  The type-o negative tyranny Speaker of the House Pelosi is pushing on Americans is the same exact opposite garbage President G-W Bush slammed us with his Grand Oil only Party agenda. 
 
...enough is enough with these one sided hacks dragging hard working Americans back to the stone's age while every other Country on the planet gets all the benefits we work for!
 
And then there was the two of a kind idiosyncratic media mongrels who just can't get over the fact that their candidates just aren't in touch with 21st Century American citizens.  Who I dare say?  Hannity and Beck of course.  These guys are ratings only lap dogs with no real hair on their rear admirals. And for some real consensus? 2010 won't find relief for the Republicans, neither will 2012, and nor 2016 that more or less says finished and good-bye to that has been Party if they keep taking two steps back while everyone else is leaping three steps forward.  
 
...enough is enough with these one sided hacks drowning hard working Americans with their Imperialistic agenda that even that leading wacko Fidel Castro dude knows is finished and washed up!

So as President Obama takes to the road in view of overhauling the neglect of Big Pharma, Big Insure, and weasilily-wabbits that represent calling themselves attorneys while Congress is out of session, a few words seem to capture the real essence of the American people:

Health issues affect the day-to-day lives of working families whether it’s struggling with the increasing financial burden of premiums, watching someone you love struggle with an insurance company while sick, or the worry that you yourself might be one accident away from bankruptcy, and it’s 2012 perfectly clear that we can’t afford to keep heading down the path we’re on.  Catastrophic or not, the cost of living without care, especially for those who've had coverage the entire time of employment and recently lost their jobs along with their health care while profiteering panthers line their pockets is as sure as finished pursuant to JD Management Investment Services.  Besides, when a guy or gal has to work two jobs just to get by without any health care benefits at all, there's definitely something wrong with the overall picture and at least we now have a Prez who'll take on the fat cats instead of lick their nuts like G-dubya did.

...enough is enough of slamming around middle class Americans like rag dolls because come hell or high water 2012 is right around the corner, only the very few know it's real secret, and letting the cat out of the bag has exactly nothing to do with it (ha-ha).

As Senatorial members of Congress resume general comments for and against the nomination for the Supreme Court Judge Sonia Maria Sotomayor of the U.S. Court of Appeals 2nd Circuit, Committee Senators review the resumé of the Waxman/Markey "Climate Change and Energy Bill". 

And so the story goes...

If you walk into a court of law and ask the judge if he or she carries and oath of office and if said judge brought that oath in the courtroom with them, they will immediately calculate an objective view that you're in contempt.  So why would any judge be compelled to dispense such a deluge of injustice throughout their entire well being? The oath of office administers that nothing except any and all precisionism (precise & sharply defined opinion geometrical in formation) be blind upon the scales of justice no matter the weight of argument even if opening remarks have standing that such judge shall not, but will adhere every exact mannerism bound by law. And in a manner of speaking, it plain and simply questions the merit of their authority that binds them to stand trial themselves upon the grounds of competency; relevant and/or irrelevant. However, it's neither ear nor dare and social suicide exacts such outcome whereas meritorious definition of the framers intent pertains to foundation in any days' real moral fiber.
