Obama loses sight of green bridge thru foggy haze...

In the sink or swim shipping lane, President Obama missed the boat with today's announcing efforts to give the bi-partisan Congress a leadership of confidence push on the Energy Bill.

Key points of overtime pay in a 40 hour work week were in the Bernanke Hearing that the FED Chairman "had no regrets for the massive project that was dumped in his lap last year" for keeping America's power players afloat.

In reality Bernanke took a dilemma that looked like a definite stop sign, stood each issue upright on 1 of it's 8 corners one after the other and kept calm while diverting the perfect storm.

Strains and stresses are still fragile, however, what's evidently transpiring is that now when Bernanke goes to the Nations' safe and opens the combination, the hinges don't creak in hallowed halls of collapsed empty buildings.

The simple translation is that President Obama didn't offset the right vote of confidence to reverse probable jobs loss columns in the Energy Bill such as current support for fossil fuel expansions where Exxon Mobile is investing 100 million dollars for a carbon capture system-including the need for pipeline support in Alaska-for the Natural Gas division.

Some win and some lose.  It's our natural adapted concept of gravity of what goes up comes down.  So as un-employment heads out on the highway on-ramp instead of getting diverted in the re-routing compromise President Obama asked of Congress for creating, keeping, initiating and promoting jobs, the un-employed may not even be able to get a ride because the loss of payroll, medicare, and social security taxes will En Block half finished infrastructure bridge repairs due to major cuts everywhere for The Great Health Care Compromise.

Even if the un-employed get lucky and secure a job at a carbon capture coal facility, there's only one in Alabama here in the United States and at 1 Billion Dollars per facility, those investors need all the help they can get so they can also invest in ways to make coal mining a safer process.

Our natural resources and the uses for them don't go away, and the only question to that answer brings us full circle of either finding liquid solutions for cap and trade program or the whole deal will need another round of Bernanke interference.  And although this Country still needs Ben to wade through murky waters, it would be a lot better if dollars for big banking were used from their own enterprising entrepreneurship abilities in the all around loans process that has fail safes built in before the actual default system proclaims success.

Since we're on the subject of natural resources and mining, there's a "middle ground non-ferrous mining issue" in Minnesota where there's plenty of ore to go around also where the lakes are used for recreation. Since the honeymoon is obviously over with the Obama Administration, maybe Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel can quit re-enacting the Bush Administration up in spending and down in progress to figure out an environmentally friendly time table where issues such as the Minnesota non-ferrous mining issue can route it's usefulness & clean up around recreation months where Americans are surely needing a break from dilemmas of nil-representation when it comes to the people's overall will.

Last words in the lane:

Americans would start living up to better standards if strategic, tactical, and operational management would finite less micromanagement ways of travel from the President & Congress who at least take a few moments to discuss the real option of any rule's original rationale. What-why?  The everyday American potential for data-flow diagrams that create, keep, initiate and promote jobs in the art of business resumption planning. Where-when?  A model of objects, associations, and activities of how our American ways can all travel around each other through the deciphered process of anticipation that provides relief before disasters entangle the one single common denominator of spend, spend, spend more government spending.

Koh brings out right Republican base...

In the absence of quorum, a few members of Congress in the Senate debated the 30 hour rule ensuing the "sovereignty stratagem" of Harold Koh for nomination as State Department Legal advisor.

In worthy attempts to circumvent this nomination, discussions of the Koh ideology were geared around his views that United States policy should conform and adhere to an international rule of law instead of the sovereignty Americans consistently fight, live & die for keeping the international stage from taking away our citizens' rights in due diligence of keeping law makers and enforcers from enacting a clandestine empirical tyranny. And right now in history, what our Country went through is well informed through the media via Iranian policy that's the brutal characterization of observation without using scientific method of theory executed with the secrecy of concealment instead of allowing freedoms to regard peaceful demonstration as the platform for voicing what detriment(s) faces them most.

As the most popular vote of the people, the "sovereignty stratagem" is not a plan, scheme, or trick in surprising deceit of the people from this Country, it's a guaranteed right of our freedoms strictly grounded in our Declaration of Independence.  Not only is this most popular, but it's most favorable whereas keeping government out of peoples' personal lives except where tax allocations are concerned as well as protections of our collective embodiment as the States United also guaranteed in the separate but equal clause.

Not to say our Constitution is perfect certainly implying not imperfect, there are many facets of our society that have become comfortably numb and when it comes to our legal system, the three friends and a stranger "sovereignty stratagem" is one of the worst purely translated as "the status, dominion, power, or authority who use any artifice, ruse, or trick devised to attain a goal for gaining an advantage over another".  Even more within this interpretation, the 3/1 ratio stratagem references that courts are so overloaded that an almost mandated common practice is that the prosecutor and defense attorney will overtly plea bargain the entire case load whereas the judge will hand down the fiercest of penalties if the defendant loses in a criminal trial. Civil law also has this unbalanced perception, however the good thing about our system is that there is an appellate system whereas international policy is moreover based on premise of the "you're cooked on all sides" reactionary measure to contain actions of any person, place or thing that goes against the grain.  The overall good thing about our system?  It's why we've come so far in such a little time, and why other nations look to us for leadership instead of us of them.

The gotcha good faith example of the "sovereignty stratagem" is how Democrats maneuvered union votes and monetary support for returns whereas auto worker union leadership gained ownership of vehicle manufacture infrastructure over shareholders.  On it's face it looks like big government invoked it's overwhelming force to bully investors out of their rights.  However sad but true, the real lesson learned is that legislation re-write support actually undermined an immoral socially accepted system in an end to a means where shareholders disregard the livelihood of workers as easy as slicing butter with a hot knife.  With regards to morality? The simple translation is that emphasis is placed squarely in view that the worker is the important factor instead of a race horse put out to pasture before it's time without the benefits they put forth extra effort everyday to achieve.  Nothing more and nothing less except of course for scandalous union leaders that manipulate the process while claiming to protect workers rights.

The sense of imperfection is that there are flaws with every system and this Country has the satisfaction of challenge in correcting discrepancies where an overall international policy will not. In view of that, the problem with the political genius of the General Motors/Chrysler deal is that valuable franchise ownerships were caught up in the cross fire as victims of the 3/1 ratio stratagem and if we as a Country are to overcome in leaps and bounds without opening the flood gates of an already overwhelmed judicial process, all political savvy should be reminded that our National heritage of immigrants came here to get away from all tyrannical cycles that observe the "spoils system" as the accepted social Czar network it really is.

Last words in the lane:

In view of Harold Koh and other great white shark attorneys in need of being deposed by "The Orca", sometimes lyrics in music move moments like the navigant un-sung hero in the periodic table of elements reminiscent of "sometimes the darkest hour never comes at night", and the cross reference shepard's citation is that the un-sung hero in the periodic table is the American Element (Hu1) reviewing previous laughter that echoed all the way to the bank in favor of the shinedown take your medicine ideology. Nothing more and nothing less pursuant to the perfection of colloquy of course excluding extraneous materials.

Quasi-judicial nuclear cloture votes on motion to petition...

Clean energy debate took up residence yesterday at the Senate Republican Conference in a hearing for alternatives to the Democrat's proposed cap-and-trade program pursuant to building 100 new nuclear plants over the next twenty years.

While conference testimonials for the nuclear option went through well informed discussions of modem options for building smaller refineries, the obvious highlight discussion was to discredit the Marcum-Waxman Cap-and-Trade Amendment as nothing more than a new energy tax in disguise.

Not to alarm conference experts of something that hasn't been brought before the public after recent record profits were acerbated by energy suppliers assisted by hedge future expertise across the Nation, the Marcum-Waxman Amendment is all about leveraging the legislative process for balancing lop-sided right wing partisan power to reverse progresses where only the elite have previously been able to prosper philosophical laws of physical aggregateness of bringing together collections for only specific sums, masses, or bodies of ownership.

It's always been acclaimed as too expensive to promote and initiate new energy sources when information-even quasi-judicial non formal jurisprudence-has fecundated loop-holes to proceed.  However, misdiagnosis of systems risk management for playing liars poker (like how intelligence agencies from every nation game each other) is that the well of deep pockets to bulk-build previous energy sources are now defined as the defused illusion when it comes to the windfall tax issue. Just your basic parody transmuted from humorous and satirical into a poor and feeble semblance of argument that translates as the people and Democrats aren't buying anymore of the oh poor me quagmire even if the Blue Dogs can't get a clue that we need to build solid bridges to the future by utilizing every raw resource The United States has now.

The economy diffuses and in case Republican's forget they consistently proclaim that keeping the market alive is to let the market make it's way by pouring out its' own spread fluidity, the (OBE) simply says it's rules of engagement capitalism where the Republican Party will otherwise continue to decay through attacks of slanderous impediment. Even experienced Democrats want to keep the opposition Party in the loop and keep the debate alive, however, in today's standard the American people as a whole are the Mark-to-market and fair value reference of assigning specific terms & conditions to a position is now referred as holding financial instruments based on current advances where their own designs & specifications are feasible for start up and expansion.  How utterly ironic how suppression causes compression.

Notwithstanding yesterday's briefing that it's good that 50% of our nuclear energy is now fueled by 14,000 defused Russian warheads that were pointed at us in the Regan years, gratifying information should relish in continued necessaries of nuclear energy furthering specific changes from one nature, substance, form, or condition into another purpose.  However, Reganomics just doesn't work almost a decade after the birth of the 21st Century and that's where the Republicans fall right off the map where the world is flat and why political savvy like Senator Mel Martinez (R-FL) will ultimately fail in history with his efforts in the Columbian Free Trade Agreement.

Then came the question about about safeties in security & radioactivity that overtly got answered by the questionnaire? Those conditions-although not perfect-have proven reliable that increases in protection are an everyday occurrence and they may play a part in keeping everyone on their toes, however, they format no actual role in the overall economical equation for people today.  Most people are seeking just regular jobs where they don't have to get security clearance, wear a badge, a hazmat suit, and worry what the waste will do to their children's lives in 50 years and/or now if these facilities are built anywhere near where changes of weather are showing signs of quake, tornado, hurricane or anything else thrown at us by mother nature.

Proffered as the leading question of today's America; technology has come so far that one man has even invented the car-plane; nuclear energy is absolutely not the way to go for vehicles to just be freely traveling around; and that theory-now a reality-is envisioned as effortlessly getting off the ground in the now fairly esoteric system of measured decay.

Intro e' reiterationo? Americans have had every mountain sized thing dropped on them in the last couple decades since President Regan left office and the one single purported measure of confidence not lost should just be reminded of Regan's overall message of tearing down walls of abridgement so new infrastructures can begin.

Last words in the lane:

If demand is down and supply is up, the translation is that any product should stabilize or go down in price to re-initiate the buyer frenzy for measuring balance sheets of re-acquiring capital and the manipulation of barrels of oil are the exact product as just your everyday basic concept of understanding comprehension.  Furthermore, if Republicans are so apt to invite free trade agreements, just one more questionable.  Why are Congressional Senators amending the filibuster from talking a bill to death to now demanding such absurd Amendment policy like bringing 5 minority Amendments to the floor that have absolutely nothing to do with the Bill to the 3 majority Amendments whereas they kept them in line with the 90+ votes for inviting Tourism to America?  See dumbfounded in the dictionary because it will have Regan's picture overlooking the entire party he so proudly led that is now demanding things stay the same as what his leadership inspired.  How utterly ironic how compression causes the suppression of getting out his overall resolute message of reaching for the stars.

Congress gives unhealthy water rations to starving American families...

Amended and revised:

California Central Valley farmers south of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta will receive just 10 percent of their water allocations due to a court order that came from policy directed by Conservation lobby groups. Combined decisions in these recessive times stand proud of a job well done that drying up one of the Nations most drought stricken areas and putting 37,000 Americans out of a job in direct dire straights is more important than a simple resolve of transferring the source to another part of the region where it could flourish on Federal lands under the endangered species protection act.

Described as the true words of an American injustice, while President Obama made light of humoring media personnel at the Radio and Television Correspondents Association Dinner and early friday held a White House dads day luncheon, it's no laughing matter that real working class dads and their families are starving as crops dry up where there is more than enough available water to keep them in business.  All they have to do is turn the pumps back on with a simple little Executive Order by the President declaring the issue a regional disaster whereas up to 80,000 people are in direct and immediate danger of losing their livelihoods.  Less have received a lot more!

Not only has the President and media fallen down on the job in this issue, all praises and laughter they patted themselves on the back for covering stories of poverty and famine across the world are deserving nothing more than a sharp slapping shame all because of delta smelt (minnow) that's doing absolutely nothing by way of nutritional value except creating thousands of acres of fallowed fields and unemployment in the region so high at 40% that it should be a felony crime pursuant to individuals that did no other research than see that fish at that specific area were getting caught up in river pumps and filed some words that weren't worth the paper they were written on.

In determining "critical habitat" through The Department of Interior (DOI), the specific language is "an area occupied by a species requiring protection that contains the physical or biological features that are essential to the conservation of that species".  Since the alleged endangered species is "bait fish" and there are more than trillions of bait fish in the ocean approximately 60 miles away, there is no real endangerment.  And even if the Delta smelt only exists in California, this species of smelt (minnow) could exist anywhere else on the planet and creating such devastation to a region should enlighten Class Action Tort Reform to new levels of language that prevents future events such as this from even being considered.

Although the Pacific Legal Foundation has launched a new lawsuit against the Delta smelt calling the federal government's protection of the imperiled fish "unconstitutional" and "immoral", the fact that this species of smelt (minnow) has no commercial value whereas nobody buys or sells this fish exactly translates that the court is completely liable and found to be incompetent by not adhering to the U.S. Constitution's Commerce Clause that limits federal domestic regulatory power to persons, things, or activities involved in, or affecting, interstate commerce (Article I, Section 8).  Again there is no real proven endangerment except unlawful intent towards human habitation whereas citizens of California are being devastatingly suppressed and excessively crumbling under previous self sustaining strongholds that clearly constitutes reckless endangerment.

Moreover, it was spiteful neglect from Democrats on the Hill while Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) received no relief when he spoke on the House floor that, "You're spending $1 trillion and you won’t put in one provision that would create and/or save 60,000 jobs! This is an insult to my constituency!"

Last words in the lane:

Notwithstanding the fact that nothing at all represents "green provisions" in this Democratic plan of balancing proper Amendments in the House, solvency has been provided whereas the Department of Interior (DOI) has also allegedly evolved mechanisms to help minimize these conflicts. So where is Secretary Ken Salazar & assistant for water and science? Other than that, not limited to the fact that comedian/actor Paul Rodrigez is the only one that stepped up to the plate, entertainment personalities have made multi-millions in that State who consistently proclaim foreign interests of deprivation and this dilemma should also not be limited to being known to every American blind constituent eye and all constituent deaf ears.

Prez and Gates predicate forces of calculus...

As a combined quality attribute for quantifying North Korea's missile launch threats and Iran's reactions to independent voices from constituents, President Obama is not taking the bait from hard line Republican's to drive nails in the coffin by over-stepping his Cairo speech and U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates is proving that his confident defensive position is also not taking the bait of Kim Jung-il who seems to keep bringing a knife to a gun fight.

In today's prayer speech from Iran's Supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei suggested Iran could remain cool for expanding dialogue that would stage talks with Washington in an effort for quelling marches to stop people from airing the country's dirty laundry on the world stage even as hard line supporters passionately chanted death to America, Israel, and the United Kingdom.

The entire planet is foregoing tough and changing times and it does take a lot of brass to proclaim divinity when the rest of the world sees deficiencies through such things as counting votes.  The exact point that was overall being made was that even if another round of vote counting revealed that President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad received 11 million more votes than Mir Hossein Mousavi, the 1st time votes were counted "the reigning decision" happened way too fast and that was the overall discussion whether the Supreme leader wants to admit it or not.

Furthermore to be or not to be reigning in on the Supreme leader's "definitive victory" when he voices brutality in the face of peace?  What the Ayatollah truly doesn't envision when he makes statements like "enemies in different parts of the world intended to depict this absolute victory as a doubtful victory that cannot be manipulated" is that opposition advocates are not the enemy, the threat of nuclear proliferation upon any nation or people is.

Moreover, our own President attended a prayer breakfast this morning himself and even though President Obama didn't specify, his overall message sounded like efforts would not be wasted for people like the "Hazaras" of Afghanistan because they were and still are very high on the Obama Administration's priority list.  Why? They live a very hard life for the benefit of others and even for others who speak languages such "Dari", the Obama Administration's message was and still remains to say that every individual simply deserves their own recognized uplifting value.

Now for a pair of glock 9's still holstered for those who bring a knife enacting a tough guy stance of independent declaration? Secretary Gates called for genuinely tough sanctions against both countries that could bring home real pain for their failure to adhere to international normalcy and although constant provocation of the West was the previous road to relevance, a new day is dawning that these issues are no longer as tolerable as they used to be.

When Pentagon Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Gates made the statement that, "...in efforts to protect America's freedoms — and that of others — we have from time to time made mistakes that consisted of being arrogant in dealing with others", his adamant stance that "we always correct course and our willingness to do so is one of our enduring strengths" is the proof in the pudding because counterterrorism, piracy, energy security and disaster relief overall are the balancing act of aggression and protection.  And as the leading military agent of The United States, if he can change course while still on international avenue then I gather he expects everyone else to do the same with no regret and no remorse for those that overwhelm offenses of absolutely will not.

As far as the statement that "a serious challenge to the nuclear nonproliferation "new sanctions" treaty has made solutions of the North Korean nuclear problem more difficult".  Don't say the brilliant geniuses over at the State Department weren't at least able to consider that Kim Jong-il wouldn't go for anything except unilateral negotiations with The United States because it's in my previous post of "S.o.S pledge retractions for DPRK".  As just a little bit a 101, with over 10 years actual experience in dealing with some of America's most brutally crazed individuals, when in one on one negotiations, they're more adapt to align views that are more in-line with 1st exploring music theory of the harmonic philosophy of learning 1st.  What's that really mean?  I think nunya is the appropriate coterminus translation.

Last words in the lane:

A couple years ago, Franziska Michor was experimenting with teaching mathematics to medicine and I wonder how that "theoretical evolutionary biologist" is doing now that Health Care is getting the real attention that if Big Pharma & Big Insure don't want to level the playing field for being fair to all Americans then public option competition will avail itself as the exact motive.  Obviously there's no question mark at the end of that sentence because this un-documented "human life scientist" just sees things as they really are even if writing, directing, and producing fiction and non-fiction may be a motive here and there & now and then.

"Privities rule" discuss realignments for info via-way...

Yesterday (ECC) members from the Energy & Commerce Committee held hearings on behavioral on-line advertising for the wild-wild-west-era heretofore the digital age.  Among topics pertaining to ergonomic consumer census and how the on-line industry can continue to innovate in ways that are more in accordance with efforts of the 111th Congress, the hot topic of the day was that more appropriate measures were confident that voluntary rules were the adamant choice over mandates.

While path trajectory is right on course of not instilling mountains of wasted time that on-line advertisers utilize from users, it's no secret that advertising has reached levels where it's more profitable to get a "laughable fine" for breaking rules and policy.  So where should lines in the sand be drawn for inappropriate attachments (cookies) and unauthorized uses of personal information for unsponsored gain? However reality action(s) react to actual feasibility, a lot of the time rules also lack ordinary animation that represent everyday life and more than less of the time policy also needs policing itself.

As a sidebar discussion, with business and advertising directly proffered that only the affluent can participate, the combined price for both ventures are seeming to grow more and more out of range for just your everyday hard working middle class. Especially while current job loss is making it more attractive to work for themselves than put it all on-the-line with someone else's rules and policies that make absolutely no sense where making ends meet.

Getting back to the committee hearing subject at hand. What does it really mean when retention policy translates that web log data will be retained in identifiable form for 90 days with limited exceptions to help fight fraud, preserve systems security and meet legal obligations? And for that matter how does this new policy protect illiterate users that are mostly the elderly where they don't have the patience nor time to affiliate themselves with user education?  They just want to enjoy their retirement without the hassle of being victimized on day 1 or year 1 and that's not even mentioning identity theft that has blown many Americans right out of the water where they're left in the dirt where their only choice is going down wrong way street or swimming across the ocean to vigilante the culprits.

Due diligence may serve to confirm all material facts in regards of a sale. However, when does it also mean that care a reasonable person should take before entering in an agreement or transaction with another party going to con science and grow a conscience that the "privities rule" translates as a way of preventing unnecessary harm to either party involved in a transaction?  There is no full proof plan but these are realities that Americans live with every day and night and the “opt-out” page created (by Yahoo!) where users can easily find and exercise their choice to decline interest-based advertising is a great future thought for today but real life concerns are just plain and simply a lot more than that.

Last words in the lane:

It is very tenuous that the personal computer didn't even have the chance of getting out it's own wild, wild west era before the monitor, processor, keyboard, and mouse became so personal that it can just about fit in your wallet as forms thin in consistency. However, advances made are not lacking in clarity nor lacking a sound basis of reasoning that's unsubstantiated, and as velocities from movants motion forward with the comfortable simplicity of operation, hopefully clarity from creators will keep in mind that stationary translates as adding the correct form of recycle/delete that just keeps the information highway flowing @ good-speed.

(OAA) derives futures' forward swapping option...

About 450 Trillion treatises & dialogues immediately flashed thru Aristotle while stood searching for questionable answers where darkness consumed his feet as the sky lit up with points of reference that overwhelmingly gave him universal center of thought when he reached a quadrillion...

Ok that's just a little factitious, but you really have to wonder how one individual could contemplate overwhelming concepts of the universe and apply them to physics, metaphysics, poetry, theater, music, logic, rhetoric, politics, government, ethics, biology and zoology even if Newtonian physics compelled others to dispel the notion that the Earth was the center of the Universe.  However, has anyone ever reached every reach of the entirety of the Universe to actually dispel that notion?  It's just a thought.

That's what most experts were reasoning when they heard that Obama Agency Administration (OAA) is going to oversee the approximate 450 Trillion Dollar exponential derivative capital.  Just on the surface derivatives are financial instruments based from price underlying that involve commodities, equities (stocks), residential mortgages, commercial real estate, loans, and bonds including index funds based on interest rates, exchange rates, stock market indices, consumer prices, and inflation not limited to any and all forms of credit.

It's quite mind boggling to play the cap and trade game with a 450 trillion dollar industry that wants' to reach a generally accepted quadrillion dollar enterprise but truly simple if you add buoyancy intelligence of National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) personnel and less leverage debt in an economy that makes it more difficult for the underlying real economy to service its debt obligations curtailing real economic activity...

Ok maybe that's partially factitious about adding (NOAA), but if you also added National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) personnel, the Obama Agency Administration just might want to slow down a moment a discover the type of technology needed just to keep up with Hedge Fund intellect who reach for the stars before the (OAA) even tries to inspire assistance of achieving the Vip section of overachievement.

Whatever oversight the Federal Reserve (Fed) backed up by the Treasury may provide, any role the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) participates is way out of reach of placing any language that involves government backed guarantees and Congress should pay real close attention to the happenstance(s) being created with this specific part of the Consumer financial Protection Agency (CFPA).

Last words in the lane:

In achieving the questionable answer of "too big to fail"?  The answer questions itself.  Anything that "makes it more difficult for the real economy to service its debt obligations curtailing real economic activity" is an obvious place to start realizing fraudulent behavior when you see it whether or not the persona of political savvy can or can't stand the weather because that's real leadership that We the People deserve and should be able to count on.

Re-regulatory rules for the money party...

As Wall Street embraces the impact of President Obama searching for solace in the r-word game of re-regulatory rules for those that reap the most rewards, foundations that balance the newly proposed Consumer financial Protection Agency (CFPA) may or may not weigh in the golden rule that instant re-play in football is a good thing, however, if every single play is reviewed then under achievement becomes the only winning moment at 1st down and goal to go.

In all good intentions that deregulation is, The Artifice of Battle ©2009 simply points out that " negative acquisition" domino effects weren't only created by issuances such as The Airline De-regulation Act of 1978.  Additional instances like American lumber mills sold to foreign investors where the majority of raw materials were sent over seas caused finished product building materials here in the United States to go up in price. So what does that really say?  Just your simple everyday supply and demand scenario and the fact that Congress and the President's own policies also need reality adjustments when it comes to Free Trade Agreement "fair game rules" at least somewhere around the end quote of "...all's well that ends well".

Basic crisis circumvention(s) are already in line with balancing the scales of justice where feasible arguments are all in agreement that we are in a global recession and that changes of era going from pre-existences of the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) should also not not be a toll tax vehicle described as Creating Absolute Bureaucracies (CAB).  An excellent example of improper uses of authority is where the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is trying to place a tax on cell work phones.  It's plain and simply the wrong direction of "fair game rules" and moreover ignited as a rabid rottweiler that needs a chain and a cage before that disingenuous monster gets out of the bag.

In a sense that all of America's political savvy must also re-organize their own systemic risks. The specific nature that enables them to tell the difference between bad news and those who cause negative attribute such as well organized acts causing them to re-act to un-acclaimed inertia translates as light and transient causes and squarely fits with The Marshall Plan re-invented as America's homeland achievement protocol (AHAP).  We are so accustomed to fixing every foreign mud puddle our efforts create and/or journey through that it should just be a natural reaction of formulating initial concepts that improper uses of accruals and inappropriate capitalization of operating costs shouldn't be the whistle blowing aspect, they should be instilled as a 21st century free market pre-conception built into the fabric of our cognitive awareness.

Spelled out in common language? The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (Pub.L. 107-204, 116 Stat. 745, enacted July 30, 2002), also known as the Public Company Accounting Reform and Investor Protection Act of 2002 may have been underwritten that CEO's sign on the dotted line attesting to the truthfulness of their numbers.  However, obviously that memo didn't even get placed on the facsimile (fax) machine or we wouldn't be in this mess in the first place.  Thus the very reasoning steps of taking the R&D out of recession and depression and returning them where they belong in research and development.  The building blocks of our society are structrured on remodel, rebuild, and recycle and that r-game is the one that needs to be over-played even if economic signs are seeing a lift here, there, and everywhere.

Wasserman waxes out on memory lane...

Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) went out on a limb today in support of supplemental added to the push, pull and tug scenario concerning the $106 billion dollar war-spending Bill (H.R. 2346) that was initially in full support of only totaling the approximate added sum of $95,000,000,000.  Expounding the obvious?  All zeros were added to exasperate defining necessaries in utilization of the term "excluding extraneous materials".

"Excluding" the fact that Representative Schultz forgot about the 2 years that her and 30SomethingDems.com spent day in and day out (on taxpayer time none the less) pointing out the overzealous spending from Republicans who enforced their reign of terror with K-Street Lobby support.  A supplemental is only relevant when it eliminates all "extraneous materials" and expounds the obvious that at this time in American History a war spending supplemental should also only include supposition less the assumed hypothesis that receivers exhibit no uncertainty as well as leave no room for wasted expenditures.

To point out the first finger, $5 billion to secure aid for the poor is not an irrelevant argument.  However, in case any political savvy in Washington D.C. missed it, about 30 days ago there was a two day march against the International Monetary Fund because their credibility does nothing in the way of nourishing impoverished nations. Especially those people who suffer within the ways and means of deprivation in strength, vitality, and creativeness due mostly to location.  Exact translation?  The misuse of "educational support adhering their own region" that will in fact assist them in lifting themselves out of some of their detriment.

In addition and not limited to the second finger feeling a bit lonely without the first, the “cash for clunkers” provision offering as much as $4,500 to those trading in cars for more fuel-efficient models is a valid argument for any car manufacture in America because it will allow American workers another step up the ladder to keep building new cars here in The United States.  However, we are not at war with the car or any other vehicle for that matter.  American families just want to actually see balances of their tax dollars providing real roads of travel for their children as well as especially not see high gas prices while they drive down the road this summer at work, rest, and play.

Just as the two previous fingers (pinky and the index) see that the thumb sticks itself out via thumbing it's nose at the pandemic swine flu epidemic, there is an almighty support of killing that little virus at it's source resembling an act of war.  However, the real issue is that information that congress receives must be kept in the closet because not only has there been a break-thru somewhere out there somewhere in antibody types of molecular research of the swine flu, but there are also leads where cancer may also see a down turn because of new discoveries that make the cancerous cells self destruct and/or dissipate.

Now that points were made that these herein stated supplemental provisions resemble nothing more than the quid pro quo, "devil in the details", the measure including $10.4 billion in foreign aid; $2.4 billion for Pakistan; $1.4 billion for economic development in Afghanistan; and $700 million in international food aid are right on target for humanitarian efforts the American People could swallow instead of this spoon fed garbage they are being put on the line for.

Addendum: "Will the real USS John McCain please stand up and rally bi-partisan support to put the smack-down on this reckless infringement upon the People's rights?"

Last words in the lane:

Transparency?  Witches' brew is more like it in this Supplemental Bill and these jim jones drink formulas that Political Action Committees (PAC's) are mixing up to keep reckless entities in the liquidity loop are doing nothing but drowning the American People in Halloween when We the People are accustomed to keeping that fiscal responsibility in celebration at one time a year for very good faith reasons.  And let us not forget of course excluding extraneous materials that time lined troop withdrawls used to play the lead roll call voice of every previous war spending Bill when it came to the minority now majority party!

Hands from House filled with authored appropriates...

In this month of 1844 Charles Goodyear was granted patent for vulcanized rubber that revolutionized new characteristics of habitual mannerisms for diversifying ways rolling along.  And returning to this month of June 2009, Congressional members of the House of Representatives held steadfast to the rules of our land with HR 2765 that further enforces the 1st Amendment, and HR 2247 that further extends protection(s) to individuals under Federal investigation[s].

The basic meat of HR 2765 puts teeth in the Bill that takes bites out of "costly non-meritorious liable suits" proclaimed by foreign entities and the concept of "Foreign Defamation Judgments (HR 2765)" was initiated because standards of Law in other Countries in a few words or less do not protect our values that "all are equal under the law".

When it comes to the potatoes of America's supper for today, HR 2247 revises the "Congressional Review Process" when promulgated subordinate agency issues are found or made known by open declaration that previous publishing's are erroneously proclaimed and/or formally put into operation.  Fundamentally when major issues are found to be wasteful, neglectful and/or harmful from discrepancies set into motion by an agency under their jurisdiction, the new amended Bill gets right to the matter of waste.  The questionable answer?  Now as every moment in our Nations history moves forward on the issue of reclamation, diversity, and programs, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) re-evaluates it's own basic perception that shareholders, employees, customers, communities and the industries themselves are the one single plural word stakeholder translating as America.

In another notable moment of our Nations history, an additional singular word translating as a plural; "progressive", seems to be misconstrued that when you add "reforms" it's new meaning is some dastardly attempt to overhaul the base foundation of our Country.  However, obviously those hard line opposition advocates are only paying close attention to exactly what they want to see for themselves because as the 111th Congress now motions in due diligence, "progressive reforms" are starting to see the light of day that even at night the exact translation is "favoring the progress for improvement as opposed to wishing things to maintain as they are via redress of what is wrong, corrupt, and unsatisfactory".

*As just a shout out to the Iranian People, no matter the outcome of their new President, it looks to me like they might need a Vice President to go along with the Prez because the voice of the people are defiantly speaking big volumes that they also want to stick to proud heritage as well as "favor progresses for improvement as opposed to wishing things to maintain as they are".

Last words in the lane...

Etymology is sometimes truly confused of origin due to where you're standing on the planet when your work transforms into an actual economic value.  So as to say, President Obama could have patented one single thought when he reminded the American Medical Association that they got into medicine to be healers and not business personnel.  The fact that no-one else has stood up to that real life silent majority also goes to say that as new health care reforms roll along, the intelligent design of it's new structure should go down in history as saying that the Obama Administration's intellectual property rights should not be suppressed via an overwhelming majority support of all the people of The United States of America.  That is of course less the negative value of ambulance chasers who represent insurance companies who create mud wrestling dilemmas in the form of real care between doctors and patients.

Hill entertains transmission improvements from engine...

The Sub-Committee on Energy & Environment held hearings yesterday with worthy of confidence experts concerning The Electricity Grid Future and National Transmission Policy to get the big wheels project turning.

Among the many complex outlines, underlying progresses, and undermining courses of action, scope & purpose met in the middle to determine that the "federal backstop" was most favorable when 3 main points of view stand out above the rest in the interest of the American people as a whole; no specific systems; no specific cost allocations; and specific Legislation that can not be utilized in the courts as a means for un-necessary delay.

As the commendable panel(s) of experts testified before Congress for their vision of the long term solutions, the identification for quantifying, prioritizing, developing, and reviewing action(s) of risk takes us out of yesterday into today.

From one of the most enlightening events in our Nations history when 'ol Ben tied a key to a string that was fastened to a kite in a brewing thunder storm, the shut down of America's analog service across the States just goes to say, "as some things obsolete themselves into existence, forming combinations clearly emphasize a condition with respect to circumstances in re-structured phases around science, technology, engineering, and management are just the simple creation of tomorrows visions for today and the next".

As the Smart Grid starts to gain real traction with an upcoming meeting of more than 40 of our Country's Governors pursuant to State to State transactions where ground construction is best served, concerns of cost overlays brought up the scenario of who should eat the initial costs especially for those States that don't immediately access the National Grid. With that last sentence obviously positioned where it should be, where the National Grid overlaps like an extension cord stretched across their yards, Transmission Alternate Path Systems (TAPS) or relay stations could be built outside rural and un-developed areas and could be monitary allocated as specific language of the "federal backstop".

If Ben Franklin were alive today having just have one statement in this complex world we now live that he helped create, I'd guess he'd say something along the lines of, "Interstate Highways & Railroads have given each State their ability for the transfer of ideas to conclude that this particular "federal backstop" program should include language that taxes received from host businesses of the National Grid should be returned as dividends for citizens who consume that energy under their specific jurisdiction in such a most delightful expansion of progress that which I am eternally grateful".

Last words in the lane:

Pertaining to mechanisms that represent data by measurement(s) of continuous variables via voltage or pressure, with the detainee release of some of Gitmo's supposed "axis of evil" participants now enlightening the media that they are not terrorists and just want to live in peace to start a legitimate business of their own, maybe it's time for The United States to look at our own ex-convicted felons and finite ways of change that don't make our own citizens feel like they're still on trial after they've already served their time.  Exact translation; the little fish keep getting railroaded while the big fish ride the highway of mostly getting away with a slap on the wrist and that just plain and simply has to change.

Will the real Geithner stand toxicity on it's feet...

Biosolids? Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs)? Perfluorochemicals? Bisphenol A? Do any of these sound familiar? Biosolids are sewage transformed into fertilizer, Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) is a fire retardant, Perfluorochemicals are used in the manufacture of Teflon and Scotchguard, and Bisphenol A is used for tinted Nalgene bottles, compact discs, and dental sealants on chidrens' teeth.

So what do all these have in common?  They are very real "toxic assets" that the United States Government allows and in fact what members of Wall Street support as their feeding frenzy while standing on the premise that they're knowledgeable conservatives who want the government to stay out of issues such as health care where herein stated products like these have been found to actualize that patients be in need of doctor's fees.  So what is the goal that is not out of character of what built this Country so great? The re-accumulating of mass amounts of wealth whereas our National G.D.P. is now 1.3 Trillion less than last year.

While so called experts of and from Wall Street advocate against anything that comes out of Congress and The White House such as T.A.R.P. funds buying up the "toxic assets" translated as bad investment properties, the real truth is that with a few important reforms in the H.U.D. program these properties wouldn't have to wait 5-10 years before they were again considered to be the "defining moment of an asset". The 5 years would turn into 1, and the 10 years would turn into 2.  Especially now that Congress seems to be making historical efforts for partisan to really translate as an adherent support of The American Cause in the true art of bi-partisanship.  And the surprising thing is even while they stick like glue to Party politics such as the Democrat's extended translation of diplomacy and Republicans re-grouping to rebuild it's base.

In view of all this, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner said July would be the target month for policy makers to begin assisting banks in selling these distressed assets. Never mind the fact that most of the TARP monies already went to everyone except the general public whereas the specific Legislation went through the authorization process via Congress.  In just a repetitive mannerism paying very close attention to circumstances in whatever way, manner, or state. What part doesn't Secretary Geithner understand whereas Congress will be soon there after be entertaining ''the district work period'' and won't be in Session to delegate their extended authority?  It's time for Secretary Geithner to quit bailing out the next "fat cat" in line and designate the TARP funds for which it was created. Especially when the summer months need all the construction support they can get all across America.

There's not much to say about Wall Street vs. Mainstreet that isn't already known.  Wall Street is a highlight of our American way of life where main street can always reach in a realistic goal as an everyday life achievement.  However, when is Wall Street going to get a clue that there would be a lot less micromanagement if they would actually start extending affluent hands down with real expertise instead of trying to create ponzi, pyramid, and/or other schemes that just plain cheat regular hard working Americans as well as put their way of life in danger?

Last words in the lane:

Supporting our Troops is just like saying, "hey dipsticks, they put their lives on the line for all of our freedoms".  So why is the ACLU so adamant about putting our troops in purposeful & neglectful harms way with their insistent, nagging, whining little motion to have CIA detainee photos released under "The Freedom of Information Act?"  All I have to say is that if insurgent violence increases upon the release of those photos, not only will the "President's Executive Order" be to late, but all that democratic diplomacy will lost as good as gone as goodbye.

Hill lays down our foreign marker flag...

As the old saying goes, even if you're an Independent or a Democrat you always keep Republicans as your friends because they have the biggest guns (ha-ha).  That was actually a joke told at a comedy club a few years ago. However, today when Congress debated HR 1886 [Military & Non-Military Aid to Pakistan] in the House, the confused illusion of how al al-Qaeda and Taliban insurgents were getting their artillery in Pakistan & Afghanistan brought forth the axiom to review self-evident truth that requires no proof, notwithstanding, the drug trade supply & demand department.

To more clarify, the way our Government keeps us within the protection clause of the Constitution, when Republicans hold the majority, they weld a 3lb sledge hammer like they're the Armor-all man and send every brute force object into battle zones.  It's no big secret of what keeps The United State's mighty integrity in tact and the truth of the matter is that America should never forget that strategy when it's necessary. The ground is never forgiving no matter where anyone thinks their spirit or soul goes after death, and here in America the cold hard fact is that loss of life for family and friends more than not keeps us awake to that reality.

Now that the Democrats hold the majority, there is a sufficient rise of support from non-Americans in adhering the words of President Obama and his ideology that everything truly begins in the home pursuant to his key strategy of combating extremism with economic and social development.  Besides the probability that radicals are retaliating from years gone past in dealings with fearless leaders, the only real thing most people want is the best that life has to offer for their own family and friends.  So at least giving our President the benefit of the doubt is the exact opposite predisposition that attracts like when Americans followed our last President into battle with almost no questions asked.

As to simply asking Pakistan to follow through with the commitments they've already made?  Sending that statement as a message that no longer will a "blank check" be written isn't quite on the mark for the previous 12 billion allocated.  The real problem is that monies are already gone and many Pakistan citizens are completely dis-placed whereas their ability to make good on previous obligated pledges or promises are just not feasibly sustainable to gain a conscience that America is fully behind their recent pledges to fight back themselves.  They need momentum; not roadblocks, and their system over there also needs the same "minor" oversight that our systems do.  Trying as moments might be, we are still on the same path that the previous President set the stage for except the "spread of democracy" concept is now seeing an ideology through exhaustion that is starting to change for themselves, by themselves, via of themselves.

So how does HR 1886 move through the Senate?  Maybe at least the debaters should "actually" read the entire Bill and not try to earmark a hill full of beans in the usual political savvy they are accustomed.  The rest of the world is watching to follow America's lead and if anyone hasn't noticed because they're locked up in their own little world, the times they are a chang'in.  It's as simple as that.

Last words in the lane:

It's obvious the Republicans Amendment to just keep giving American taxpayer dollars away without any oversight went over like a lead weight where that previous amassing lake is dwindling into a drying up little pond.  The good news?  At least now Hill Republicans will have to look science in the eyes at the process of creating hydrogen out of surface scum they've created as well as look at bankruptcy for their mass supply of non-sufficient artillery since they are so adamant about just letting everyone else's business fall apart at the will of their own survival.

Full tilt on John & Jane Doe's public healthy...

From hypochondriacs to hard men & women who wouldn't pay a doctor for services unless they were bloody & laying face down on the floor, the dream of The Great American Health Care Compromise is at a stage where absolutely every option is on the table in Congress of how to pay for issuances of public health care while President Obama rolls out the White House doors for support in America's TownHall forums.

With the obvious weight of the world on the shoulders on the American people because it's their money that is being allocated, here's the very first problem.  Everyone already pays a medicare payroll tax and re-taxes via other avenues where most that pay the taxes do not immediately benefit Medicare's Health Care Plan. Especially when Medicare doesn't have a built in fail safe protocol and is determined to overwhelm in the next couple of decades.  All that at the same time everyone stumbles over other examples like the Canadian Health Care system that works in some instances and not in others.  So how would Congress and The President handle these agenda with the public option?  They obviously need to realize that hard working Americans already pay neglectful health care insurance and start with strike and underline revisions (strike & underline) for that existing system.

The next obvious beneficial process that needs less micromanagement from the Federal Government to cross party lines and get full bi-partisan support is all in this one single sentence.  President Obama & Congress should easily be able to re-write legislation that simply says that any American can buy health insurance across any state line that benefits them the most where the language also says the payee (including all immediate family members) will be able to use that insurance anywhere in The United States.

Since big Pharma & big Insure seem to not want to step up to the plate with all those yearly trillions they make off the healthy and un-healthy on the major life detrimental instances, maybe it's time to write exact, specific, and un-ambiguous incentive legislation so more individuals will know that "coverage" translates as "protection provided in the extent of which something is covered" and when issues are detrimental to life that "incentive" translates as "stimulating action" instead of red tape that outlasts the life of the patient.

Getting back to medicare and the only real solution for those that can't afford to pay for health care.  Obvious translation as to "coverage" of the public option should be that Medicare's legislative intent should be also written un-ambiguous for "benefits coverage" in a sub-division format and that it would be more beneficial to pay for low cost health insurance themselves while CONGRESS AND THE PRESIDENT GET TOTALLY SERIOUS ABOUT THE "ALL OF THE ABOVE AMERICAN ENERGY ACT" WITH FULL AND MULTI-PARTISAN SUPPORT.

Last words in the lane:

Those who perform outstanding deeds or acts of service to the security, prosperity, and national interest of the The United States should be an un-ambiguous outstanding reminder to The President & Congress that Americans as a whole have made overwhelming sacrifices as well as keep providing continuous supplementals in the debit column and if any credit of change needs to come to America "it should just be simple health care coverage language" whereas shiesty lawyers representing big money won't cheat citizens of The United States out of their right to receive dedication that examples both the Congressional Medal of Honor & Presidential Medal of Freedom.  At it's finest, The American People deserve the Honor of a system that works for them at the same time being a part of this Great Country inspires the Freedom of just that simple little word duly noted as to wit; "Capitalism".

Obama's unfreezing abc's of Paygo 123...

As profits provide their first major returns from 10 banks paying back approximately 70 Billion dollars borrowed from the TARP Program, the usual opposition utilized wasted energy in miniscule amounts of time remonstrating when President Obama also inferred in the same teleconference that he would re-energize the Pay-As-You-Go (PAYGO) rule.

In a nut shell, Paygo's physiological metaphor requires that each tax & entitlement bill avail that for every dollar spent there must be a dollar saved and at the end of the year if the net effect of tax and entitlement legislation increases the budget deficit, an automatic series of entitlement spending cuts would trigger an offset of those costs.  However, the reason Paygo is a figure of speech not literally applicable in resemblance of a normal functioning organism is because it is a discretionary rule and not actual law.

In view of "times they are a changing" reflecting the probability that President Obama & team are truly demonstrating the entire will of America's economic security, a gentle reminder of this reckless mess The United States is in still rests upon the shoulders of the Republicans and 2010 is not enough time for the American people to get over that fact especially since key members of the GOP are back on the road of spewing the vicious nature of their ill-mannerisms.

Now that Paygo has been officially laid on the table, a quick trip down memory lane remembers that Thomas Edison championed the electrifying "changing of times" with direct current and Nikolai Tesla championed the electrifying "changing of times" with alternating current.  However, an American Icon known as General Electric (GE) has diversified those meager discoveries and fashioned them into being one of the largest and most respected companies in the world.  Since Americans are in the business of wanting to get back to the basics of being a part of something like that, any realized mechanism like the "cash for clunkers" Bill that passed the House of Representatives with almost full bi-partisan support yesterday clears it's way to obvious in the right direction of putting America back on the road of stabilization.

So as America gets used to a new President and Congress more focus relaxed while in control, the thawing effect of allowing plans of recovery to do the alpha-bravo-charlie tango will hopefully allow The United States to waltz it's way to organizing 1,2,3 in step  with "GreenEarth" seeds that plant fruitful trees.

Last words in the lane:

The dunce cap award goes to the EPA who seem to think that taxing farmers for methane from animal livestock such as bovine and pigs is a valid intent of cap and trade legislation?  Notwithstanding "manmade" being the only feasible regard of the cap and trade program, those braniacs over at the Environmental Protection Agency are heading for a train wreck such as taxing the land and sea that naturally spews methane into the atmosphere that is the only part of Paygo that works.  Why you ask while I laugh so hard my gut hurts at the stupidity of that leadership?  The volatility in bulk will actually save in spending as the cost ratio (taxes) will only work for American families because it won't hurt anything associated with the human food chain.  Moreover, I think I already made my point without mentioning that taxing livestock does nothing at all in the reduction of methane's natural participation of this planet completely observing the duhh!
