It's no secret, America is on the road of bypassing the future pursuant to nuclear proliferation. So how does the ratio in negotiations rate when 35 new reactors are projected for construction when the (FSME) has project management responsibilities for 14 decommissioning power reactors?

Since we're on the highway looking for feasible exits of Energy Independence jobs in the United States, the majority of Nuclear Reactors are concentrated in Regions I, II & III.  However, what's not taken into consideration is the fact that your security clearance has to be off the charts to even work at these facilities.

So where's the wisdom in putting just everyday Americans to back to work?

Then there's this supply and demand situation just to keep America rolling along where claims from big oil say they don't have the drilling rigs to explore new fields. With new technology to stationary a basic 26 acre area and drill sideways underground to reach the oil, you'd think all shares of recent record profits would invest knowing all the vehicles on the road ain't going anywhere if they don't have the fuel. 

So where's the wisdom in saying use it or lose it when new refineries need to be built? 

In a time when new refineries should probably work thru & thru in diversification so that it can process "all types of fuels", it makes absolutely no sense to comply with any policy that limits growth of these facilities especially since they'll be built here in America to keep and put Americans back to work.

With key focuses on solar and wind gaining a lot of ground in Region IV, the only words coming out of both the mouths of our Presidential Candidates is to keep old policies at focus where Geo-Thermal Energy keeps up with long speeches to no-where.

The situation is approximately 700 Billion going out of Country and our political savvy is talking about a measly little 15 billion a year to invest in Energy Independence?

Here's some knowledge: 

Get bent on the flip flopping wishy washy trajectory and start using that "American" Radical Spirit with real policy that makes sense to all Americans at "equal protection".  Being able to get a job with or without a security clearance shouldn't be the issue, and if hostile Countries can get assistance from our American Government when they clean up their act, then so should our convicted felons.  ( Of course excluding serious violent criminals ).

Look at Iraq right now.  They're radicalizing that Americans get the hell out of there after we helped liberate them.  I don't know about their loyalty, but I do know that history proves a lot of American bad guys & gals make the best of individuals because they've been to where they don't want the point of no-return.

"All the Above Energy Independence" is America's only policy right now.  If so. How come the URL at http://nrc-stp.ornl.gov/ modified by: catongm@ornl.gov on April 15, 2008 is only concentrated on nuclear proliferation when they are labeled the Office of Federal and State Materials and Environmental Management Programs?

That's the question I gather you see I already answered that spreading the wealth or creating wealth just keeps blowing wind with worries of what other Countries think of The United States when we already know and have known. 

I'm not saying dis-assemble all our Nuclear facilities, but if American leadership just keeps talking about building more Nuclear Security Facilities, then how does that message translate to North Vietnam, Iran, and other anti-American Countries. 

It wasn't a question stupid and thus the period instead of the question mark including the NSF all caps translates as Non Sufficient Funds on that power trip.

With a lot of walk about the page of wage earners and taxes, rhymes and reason have to solve the following riddle:

If the Producer Price is driven by the Consumer because Employment Costs are based on Productivity, how do Real Earnings actually total when Import and Export competition foregos the notion when an American Corporation sends it's production facility out of the Country and still wants the ex-employee and their family & friends to buy those same products Americans used to manufacture?

The duntz cap award goes out to the geniuses for this one because you can fill a bucket with water, but when the re-distribution already has holes in it, the question that keeps getting answered is "Where is the fill for the holes that were left so that ex-employees could even afford to give those products a 1st glance with or without the bad taste left in their mouths".

The Bush Plan with all these so called qualified experts didn't even take into account that the current home mortgage crisis fell through the cracks as an "asset-liability mismatch" being the principal cause of our dilemma where he was warned over and over about broken records falling into the same old scratchy grove.

Don't know the language? "Asset-Liability Mismatch" was a principal cause of the Savings and Loan Crisis, so this isn't something new that fell off the covered wagon but obviously close to the tree.  In extension, "Who was President in the Savings and loan Crisis where his previous cabinet members did try to warn whom where the current plan was going?"

Still don't know the language? The specific vocabulary after 911 from the Bush strategy was to tell all of America to go out shopping and everyone deserves to have their own home while spending in military took away many jobs in the American protective services division while their friends and family lost their jobs in other categories. 

Of course being the sortie Americans are, we all played follow the leader into over spending while President Bush chipped away at shoring up the rights for credit firms to make bankruptcy the non-negotiable instrument.  Furthermore, the ground game strategy included and was not limited to no oversight for those having all the money who are in the global mindset to send their Corporations overseas with NAFTA considering CAFTA & FTAA on the horizon.

There's nothing wrong with American businesses taking a stance upon foreign ground. However, where's the balance?

Florida U.S. Senator Mel Martinez is booing socialistic programs in America that are the basic respect for individuals who helped build this Country?  He wants more "Free Trade" with Communist Cuba and the figures speak for themselves that 42-39-56, we have a Whole Lotta Rosie with China already.

Ever see that commercial where the big bankers are in a conversation with the small business man with a plan?   The truth is that America is getting squashed in a game of table tennis at the moment where the table is falling apart at the seems where you can look at the trademark stamp and see that it's not stamped USA.

These are all very well known identities in the theft of our American status, and instead of promoting "All of the Above Energy Independence" like a real leader of the free world would have, stimulus payments from the U.S. Treasury went out into the American working class where many are wondering why they have not received it. 

The conclusion is that you are eligible if:

• You or your family has at least $3,000 in qualifying income from, or in combination with, Social Security benefits, Veterans Affairs benefits, Railroad Retirement benefits and earned income. Supplemental Security Income (SSI) does not count as qualifying income for the stimulus payment.
• You and any family members listed on your tax return have valid Social Security numbers.
• You are not a dependent or eligible to be a dependent on someone else’s federal tax return. (The same must be true of any family members claimed on your return.)

Not saying those already receiving monies aren't getting their justice due, more than many are not receiving what they should be. However, the real stimulus needed is to assist those that aren't working and losing their homes that can again pay into the tax structure so all of these benefits being under-payed don't get another crunch in the dis-respect division.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that we need more taxes being payed in and not a tax hike on anyone, especially for those that do want to re-invest in the American Dream right here in the homeland.  And since high food prices need to be addresses while we stimulate bio-fuels, America needs some ground breaking policy that will re-structure lowering current costs at the same time production increases.  Yeah we need free trade alright, but it's here in The United States that needs all the attention, and not keeping our enemies closer.

What happened to that "hostile takeover spirit" we built this Country on?  Business is business and if an American business is going out of business creating a liquidation sale where the consumer can't afford to even drive across town to take a peak, then you know where that sale will get filed.
  
Both Presidential Candidates keep saying stand up and fight for America?  There's only one surge left, and that's for our all fearless leaders take off the boxing gloves and start bare fisting The United States way, way-way out of this corner while using their feet click a few gears of momentum. 

The only real "fair tax" structure right now in this day and time is to give everyone that wants to work the right that's a guaranteed right with set in stone rights as U.S.D.A. Stamped Approved.

Moreover, We the People want Free Trade in Capitalism, but not at the feet of Communism or Socialism, and definitely not the Totalitarian leadership we just got left behind with.

Top grade and made to last has been the American Way since and before rough cut timber re-invented itself as the universal measure so every field of expertise could better fit projected fine tune feasibility.  Some things never change worth fighting for and there are things changing not for fighting worth.

With far right conservatives claiming a faith that says save the wretches and far left liberals putting forth efforts to actually pull the wretched out of the gutter, the upside down Topsy-turvy world of fact & fiction really has to make you wonder who's praying to who and who's preying on whom.

Philosophical vagrancy?  There's no question about it.  Natural philosophy or physical science mentally wandering takes all the conspiracy out of the equation and befits tried & true red, white and blue definitions within the appropriation of a solid base that's as durable and/or more durable than the greatness American's built this Country on.

So why in the hell do Americans just want to give it all away to foreign interests and go backwards where most of the rest of the planet will not reform to our American standards that made us so great in the least amount of time in all of history?  They sure want our money, and they sure want to re-locate here.  So why don't foreign countries just get with the program of democracy?

In one word "fear" of their own seizure describes some ill-moralled prophesy and being ex-communicated from some grand illusion with all this great power when America in all humbleness simply put "In God We Trust" on our money.

And you know what, the entire planet Trusts in our God because they use it all the time.  If not, just quit asking for it and it's as simple as that.

That's a true GOD you can really count on even when your' off attending church as well as taking the whole day off and enjoying peaceful battle in American Sports because here in the U.S. the fact is that we are covered in every arena!

...and if you're some holier than thou individual in dis-agreement, it exactly says GOD took the 7th day off. So while you're in church preaching in Gods' ear and asking God to hear your prayer, just remember your' not complying to Gods' day off.

The actual work of sports is in pre-game exercise and all the glory is on game day as fact beyond fiction and when most sports entertainers create a great play more than most look up to the sky and say thanks to that's right: GOD! 

...and even for those that don't, it's all good in due space when they're in the company of those who do.  Still don't agree that your' holier than thou theory has more holes in it than swiss cheese, then re-read because you spent to much time studying when you should have just enjoyed your' life with a little thanks on your' day off.

With many Americans going through difference of opinion about things changing too fast, too slow, or just right, the realization of those affected by the last 5 years are that change has already promoted drastic measures and getting back to normal is just picking up where NAFTA first singed on as a new day for The United States.

Quid pro quo: "When taking a giant leap forward that takes three steps back, those moved forward get dragged down from under behind."

The proof is in all the stock market, banking, real estate, construction, and manufacturing losses that would have dropped right off the edge if not getting the outreach from other 50% of taxes than that of the top ten percent.  And since those classified individuals are bearing losses gaining strength, paying un-employment for an individual not working is the double negative retribution again dragging the upper section down to the front row seats.

We've been here many times before so why isn't there a cause and effect of creating job security ta'day meaning yesterday?  I'll give you two individual hints that are already employed receiving triple digit donations in the millions.  Ya that's right, our two Presidential Candidates are holding up the whole show while We the People keep getting trashed.

So as two weeks go representing most American lifestyles living from paycheck to paycheck, the truth is that there is almost a whole quarter to go for the real game change being promoted where the checks aren't in the mail, the minus category just keeps adding in the multiplication table, and anything adding two negatives just ain't putting the positive on the table.
 
The real question is how can Americans turn normal winter job slow downs into springing work forces that drive summer full speed ahead? 

Here's a clue:  "What piles up at a constant rate no matter what that's valuable if you Think Green with Waste Management especially if you know recycling is gaining on all grounds?"

The obvious truth is We the People aren't going to get any real solvency until at least the couple weeks past January 20th that it takes for a few of these proposed changing Bills & Resolutions to go through the House and Senate. Yeah that's right, all that change still has to go through more arguing debate that went absolutely nowhere fast at it's usual constant pace.  Still don't believe:
