Trade Deficit: F.U.S.T.A. v. nafta, cafta & ftaa...

With the President's bailout package that says it will take a while for frozen assets to thaw out and continue recirculation throughout the United States body of commerce, Bush again steadfastly promoted FTAA & CAFTA when the real facts are:
FREE UNITED STATES TRADE AGREEMENT v. nafta, cafta & ftaa


U.S. manufacturing employment declined from 16.8 million people in 1993 to 13.9 million people in 2007; a decrease of nearly 3 million manufacturing jobs at nearly 20 percent of the total. Moreover, the $190 billion U.S. trade deficit with NAFTA countries in simple accounting matters concerning due diligence, correspond facts that manufacturing jobs that could have been here. The Economic Policy Institute estimated that the United States could have had over one million additional manufacturing jobs had there been trade balance between NAFTA countries alone.

*This figure subtracts from the NAFTA trade deficit (our oil and gas trade deficit), which has always been significant although it has shrunk 40 percent as a share of our total deficit since the deal went into effect.

*The underlying & underlining message is that American's can not afford to lose more jobs when we should be concentrating on "The All of the Above Energy Independence" fully benefiting American Companies with American Citizens 1st and foremost.

Whereas parts manufacturing is among the most labor-intensive aspects of manufacturing, so outsourcing of parts that did strongly impact American working people needs a more equal balance than manufacturing imports in 2007 reaching an all time high with a value of $1.5 trillion, or nearly 70 percent more than manufacturing American exports.

Specific language:

If this is supposed to be a Free Trade Resolution, then "Equal" should be the specific final language emphasizing on "Trade".


Whereas nearly 300,000 U.S. family farms were lost during the NAFTA era, while these farms' income shrunk 13 percent all while less restrictions concerning FDA, EPA, and other U.S. Mandated requirements were benefited to foreign importers while heightened restrictions were imposed on U.S. based companies where China's products were over-allowed of lead, i.e.; [ 82Pb207.19] and the recent salmonella out break proved this to be true.                                                                                                             
Specific Language:

 If this is supposed to be a Country Legitimate of Laws "in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for a common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity" then any and all "Free United States Trade Agreement(s)" shall have to adhere "OUR UNITED STATES LAWS" by and for We the People 1st and foremost.

The 110th Congress although not providing the 110% they could have, did however put forth 110% of their efforts via real efforts in crisis circumvention.  Combined terms as in basic computer "code", there was a [ 1 - 1 - 0 ] that translates as on, on, off.  With the upcoming 111th Congress, hopefully they will see the 21st Century as it is and utilize basic computer "code" as [ 1 - 1 - 1 ] that translates as on, on and continuing on for We the People of the United States of America of 50 states and a few outlying sub-contracting corporate sponsors.

Small Business: Actual good times of dollars and sense...

With Obama not knowing that plumbers make starting wages of $40.00 per hour at a 2-4 hour minimum, and McCain probably not ever actually knowing a plumber except when it comes to Roto-Rooter jokes because the plumbing he has done on his properties are written off on his taxes with all those upper echelon tax breaks he concentrates on himself, "Joe the Plumber" knows the reality that any small business can make upwards of 2-3 and even 5 million dollars a year and just be a small business with only a small fleet of trucks and one helper with each tradesman.

So now that we're on the same page with reality, even if un-employment rises to the proposed 9%, a plumber is still a tradesman that still gets paid that $40.00 an hour wage with a $10 - $12 dollar an hour helper. So the only answer is what's the real plan that slaps both Presidential Candidates somewhere near actuality of the middle class so they can lift themselves into upper class in the only way they know how; with hard work and a little American ingenuity.

In the summer of 2002, the Dow dropped 1,944 in 12 days of July and unemployment was one of the main catalysts. The unemployment rate hit 5.7% in November 2002, and here in mid-October 2008 it's past that now with some experts forecasting unemployment to hit 9% in the '09.

Furthermore, if "Joe the Plumber" isn't expanding with a "real liquid fluency benefit plan" to buy monkey wrenches, pipe, glue, and fixtures (in bulk at wholesale prices to keep in his own warehouse for more benefit), other small business companies making those products at  5 million gross around a 2-3 million net profit a year trying to compete with the next item on the shelf won't be able to expand.  Both small businesses also won't be able to keep it together because 60% of that 2-3 million is in equity and not actual liquid capital including and not limited to 15% of the remaining 40% as inventory that is sitting on the shelf not moving however important as everyday changes go. [ ...that's not even counting the normal 15% annual overrun costs that were under-estimated and/or etc. ]

With reality going into obsolete with actuality on the move, "Feasibility" is the new word that the Government needs to learn if they are going to assist; micromanage; interfere in private small business ownership. The interpretation is that the actual tax relief-regular insurance & health insurance-benefit plan needs an overall real difference that keeps workers on the job so they can put in a little over time so they won't have to get that second job that's near nil to none at 9% unemployment that only leads back to the welfare line at nowhere near any assistance to even less tax-paying citizens. [ ...that just leads down that same 'ol raise the taxes to bail us out worthless scenario ].

In all reality, the American people don't mind sharing the wealth, the American last 8 years taught the world that tactical  simulation exercise while We the People all suffered many upon many downtrodden times and still gave after giving a little gift giving what they could give.

The "Feasibility" is that a real operating small business making even 5 million a year gross is left with less than a million that's crafted at yet another mis-guided warfare from local, state and federal government policy against those that work their tails off to keep this Country strong and growing.

A continuation of crafting stress & strain against We the People is not what America needs no matter who's in the White House, Congress, or the Supreme Court whereas the best advice is in a little pocket protector called "The Constitution" with it's real strength directly linked to an original "Declaration" called the "Independency".
 
...so Obama can take his weak little 250 thousand dollar small business plan and shove it in the circular file and come up with something "Feasible", and McCain can come down off his high military general 10 - 12 billion dollar a month war horse attitude and just look up the word "Feasible" in the on-line dictionary @ http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/feasible while he looks into the actual guts of the 21st Century!

*****At least the loser of this Presidential election will bring a little competition to Jon Stewart & Steven Colbert after the Alfred E. Smith dinner in New York City that brought in 2.5 Million dollars of support and aid for the poor, sick, and underprivileged represented by the Archdiocese of New York regardless of race, creed, or color that brought in an Eminence amount of laughs from McCain & Obama that will leave Saturday Night Live with jaws dropped ducking and dodging lightening from heaven trying to keep up with the competition. (ha-ha)

Housing Business: Change without swapping in default ...

As Financial Institutions and Instruments take the "y" out of FYI and Freelance Independent Insecurity, again the Dow takes another downward trek with investors holding out on the buy, buy, buy scenario proposed to move forward laid out  by  Sec. of Treasury, The Fed,  President  Bush, and Congress.

With the real "trajectory application recession proof" strategy finally seeing the light, "The Banking System" all along was the lead in dance and number with "TARP" repeating consistent and repeatable steps taken by our Government to shore up America's economic crisis only going to the elite 1st where that trickle down economics has not created anything except the mess we're in now. 

The only reality is that while the economic business world is at it's beginning peak season needing real performance, over-priced dinners were afforded the luxury of scamming We the People out of their due diligence justice yet again.

The real question is, i.e.; if this beginning 700 Billion dollar bailout was intended for the mortgage crisis and small business owners, why isn't there specific language such as:

MORTGAGE:
  • More control over how dollars are spent with "plans" that start paying on the principle and insurance in one low payment, and when such time has passed with no claims on the insurance policy, an interest pays on the interest including and not limited to a remodel/addition/upwards-structure tax deductible that goes to the interest, and when paid at double payment, the latter part of the double payment allows for lowering premiums being allocated into a less tax-favored savings account with an attractive interest rate.
*When someone buys their house, they should be allowed into it for buying it twice over with every dollar spent if they project regard to "actual responsibility" they put into the buying of "any and all house(s) and/or property(s)".

SMALL BUSINESS:
  • Regularized Health Care Insurance in the following manner and/or trading mortgage benefits for low deductible and/or higher deductible Health Insurance plans that can be put into a less tax-favored savings account that can withdraw monies to help pay deductibles and/or other health care expenses that allow unspent savings to roll over year after year with continuing lower premiums and/or an allowance that implements a less tax-advantaged savings account with an attractive interest rate when policy holders only utilize the policy for preventive care annually or bi-annually in the form of check ups with allowable alternative deductible plans allowing policy holders to have a 0 deductible with doctors visits and prescription drugs who need regular Health Care doctor visits and/or prescription drugs with allowable increment ceiling levels dependent upon seriousness of ailment(s). 
*When any small business owner(s) and/or any home and/or property owner(s) would like to take on a small business or continue any and all business thereof, they should be able to apply all regard of "actual responsibility" to receiving the full benefit of their professionalism.

The basic actuality is to promote more secure jobs at a protected rate of insurance that pays off in interest leverage that keeps repeating safety and security as the way to shore up extended benefits.

Oh yeah, and for ya'll tax raising socialistic commie Democrats, "CHIP, i.e.; the "Children's Health Insurance Program is for kids ONLY" you silly rabbits [ NO EXCEPTIONS with a jail term that should be "shall language" implemented to the health care providers, counselors and reference organizations who abuse that tax payer dollar system].

Palin Strategy: Get real before blasphemy of actual...

As one day away from the next divides itself by dusk and dawn, Vp nomination Alaska Governor Palin brought about words that finally worked when she brought actual competitors to the stage who battled their way to victory through peaceful competition, i.e; "peaceful competition".

Instead of carrying her Uzi trying to mow down everyone else she doesn't agree with because they don't carry a bible shouting from the street corner, Palin finally made sense when she quoted Geo-Thermal Energy as a gift of God and not the hell most see it as.

Here in the 21st Century we have the technology to get past that idiosyncratic fallacy "achieved through science", and America doesn't need the Salem Witch burning past she was brain-washed in church to incarnate the re-occurrence of, we need more psychological scientific technology to study the unknown. 

In preparing the repressive issues bearing down on American's bull market grizzly bear attitudes, her speech finally left the weak in the gutter where they belong such as Ayers and his limp wristed worthless wacko lefto' ideology, and got right to the issue of voter fraud that is happening now today in Scranton Pennsylvania this October 14th of the '08 in the 21st.
AND ACCORN IS NOT THE ONLY LONELY IN THE REPUBLICAN AGED OLD GAME OF REGISTRATION & VOTER FRAUD

Among many other issues that are happening now that are truly important in today's debate where it comes to the character of who's going to lead this Nation, into a rodeo riding bulls instead of roping calves trying to stroke the leather of their wallet while they fill it with the empty dreams is where Palin hit some real high notes of worthiness.

*****Lower taxes all over + less capital gains tax + small business heightened awareness = including and not limited to empathetic aspects for the more than less fortunate are what Americans are actually all about. Add eliminating the death tax & the inheritance tax, and now you're really speaking the American language just for starters that the "Fair Tax" is where The United States needs to be by 2015.

Then Palin lost touch with reality again when she wouldn't hold accountable the last 8 years that is nowhere near worn thin because her Party, the Republicans always put us in recession at the end of their Republican Presidential Terms. Furthermore, Palin is right on the not bringing up the past again on this specific issue, and that's the hard drive that everyone needs in their RAM.

In no other reason than because Republicans believe they are the better people, their historic answer is that We the People are just a common solution overruled by the Republic that they can flush We the People down the toilet when something doesn't work in their fallacy proposed truth.

Palin says on one hand she's the all that category that took on Big Oil & Republican Party while she was in Alaska and now Palin says Obama is running against Bush, not McCain..,

Well welcome to the real world here on planet Earth where We the People are all running against Bush will horns out at full speed and least but not last, Palin just needs to "Get Real" and quit quoting blasphemy upon the actual if she's going to shake things up in D.C. by starting with her own Republican Party and knocking them back to the stones age where they belong.

Basically they can go hide in church if they're so scared because the doors can be locked from the outside too, and using We the People to do their dirty work is over as done dirt cheap.  Even if just returning to the same-same Governor Palin position, the people will still be watching to see how many truths the trail has told.

...we have the technology all based on science that has dispelled the many bogus findings of that hack psycho-therapist Freud the fraud!

Congressional Strategies: Light[s], Camera[s], Action[s]...

Congresswoman Pelosi and team with league scholars came in from out of their weathering vacation to discuss our American crisis situation key pointing out confidence as the ship building trajectory.

As the term "Recovery Package" came into effect for aid to infrastructure, at a time where winter is drawing near, spending over-sight of course needs to take priority. However, if certain safety satisfactions are not met, then the reliable old victim scenario will become the affect that will effect many lives at a further expense to taxpayers than would any crisis circumvention measures. We know where crisis issue are going to occur here in The United States, and there shouldn't be any wasted studies needing included wasted monies allocated.

The smart balance is what Americans need, and just eating a bowl of cereal is not going to cut it. We the People need real meat and potatoes in upcoming Hearings, Bills, & Resolutions, and the only real encouragement Americans want to hear is that our "Energy Independence" will be big wheels put into motion as a key tuning fork in the road event.

With jobs and homes being exercised in due diligence, another multi-billion dollar bailout labeled rescue, recovery, or the what-so-ever-linked-as-another failed policy is what America does not need that keeps us on the checker board when we should be playing chess.

Clearly the word Comprehensive is needing an overall transition of a large scope covering or involving much that inclusively leaves out a comprehensive study of world affairs.  Just concentrating on America for Americans right now is the only game in town works or our depression theories will be the now repressing aggressive actuality. Our leadership focus will better be served in view of the "Independent Nation America Is", and they can call it the INAI, or whatever they want, however, whatever's clever is the key point that needs to be taken.

Slicksters all over are just waiting for Congress not to "ACT" in accordance to move in for the kill for the lowest bundle price available where their priorities are not We the People, just all money.  We have been on that global trotting event for the last 7 years at the complete cost to American tax payers, and any and all re-adjustment(s) need to levy real leverage as the powerful Country We the People are.

The American People do not believe in the system anymore, and it's a fact that Americans are tired of jag offs sending us down the trail leading to default. Americans want results for all their hard work, and the most simplest common explanation that keeps getting sidelined by special interests groups is that all the more people in jobs so that more taxes will equal less all around will lead Americans to real renewable resources of keeping taxes lower in the very near and continuing future.

Now that Congresswoman Pelosi and team are on the same page, let's hope their bridge to recovery doesn't have any attached Amendments for real drive through success.  Any proffered attached Amendments (or earmarks) will better be served as own entity Bills & Resolutions when Americans are back on our feet with real confidence that speaks volume when physical flow will keep the healthy strong and growing.

And that's a Health Care plan that will provide real health to the American un-healthy 1st...

Gold & Silver: Leverage casts many in bronze...

From G7 to G20 talks providing a lot of crystal with the clinking of glass, no real crystal ball has been been set in stone to bring confidence back to Monday morning markets from " U.S." global banking partners.  With the only real solution being an extension of liquid assets in the form of cash or credit, lofting many into the flowing debit lines can just be the dusting off of some those G20 long held trusts where the American spirit is the most reliable on the planet. The flip side of that coin is that if these conferences provide no real solvency, hard working Americans may just see a lot more at a lot less in the un-employment line. 

Although there's no over-night fix for our global dilemma, players on the world's stage have certainly drawn and quartered free advertising moments to get credit for anything that will be extending in the weeks and months ahead.  With obvious grasping for straws by President Bush to forgo his weakening power in The United States, reaching for his own agenda to grab a seat on the world's stage is directly linked to the state of how he left our Country in.

With no obvious over-sight in NAFTA for American workers, FTAA & CAFTA are the only real agenda President Bush is pushing with these G7 & G20 talks that was purely obvious when no real profits for The United States was previous made in statements by President Bush.  His only "Emancipation Proclamation" was that he doesn't want any Country to undermine any other Country.  The guarantee that he was only referring to our United States Country is that a better world in America is not being created for us; a better world is being created for the global elite and their transnational companies to our detriment.

Since America's GDP was 3% and is now at 2.1%, there's no adding when it comes to The United States being an efficient part in the growth capital of 90% of the world gross product with over 80% of world trade.  The less difference is that Americans are not willing the deference because Americans are growing more dependent on losing more GDP at a lesser wage for American employees that does nothing except further us into the box where we are borrowing from the other 19 - G20 Countries to keep us afloat.

Just 11 months ago returns us to the word "profiteering" that describes the state we are in at the helm of these G20 talks.  The G20 has been pushing countries to privatize state assets (like President Bush trying to privatize Social Security) in order to use the money received to service debts to the IMF, the World Bank, and other private global banks.

Since much of the debt owed is (proffered as illegitimate), this call for the countries to sell their public assets (like the American Ports President Bush tried to sale to Dubai a couple years ago) is to pay for things America can provide for ourselves especially when it comes to American's new and real "All of the Above Energy Independence" drive.  Instead of forgoing renewable energies in a real bi-partisan solution under his watch, President Bush kept and still keeps us under the thumb of the G20 to pay the IMF, the World Bank and private global banks.

Although claims of the G20 are a common goal to promote employment, welfare, and development in "their" countries, the reality translates into a situation where people across the globe will lose the necessary few remaining social services they still have so that these towering Aristocracies can grow richer. 

In speaking for all hard working and educated Americans in the all actuality department, social programs should undergo self wealth-self improvement reforms for those that are willing to help themselves even if it turns out they aren't able.  As the patriotic horizon builds upon providing safe drinking and sanitation to everyone around the planet by 2025 with "The SDS G20 Initiative", this extension for poor and rural areas of poverty should be instructed in the up keep and revision so that front door will stay on it's hinges with minor repairs of the infrastructure.   

If you want to talk un-patriotic, President Bush will wear that badge in infamy if he doesn't come out of these G27 talks with Americans on top, and there is still no certainty that he won't already.  However, Americans are a very forgiving people when it comes to just grabbing a hold of gett'in 'er done and riding it like the Bull we pay and respect him to be.

Furthermore, with Paulson's recent statement that there will be no restrictions on global trade, you do don't have to do much of the math, that sub-minus zero addition is being done for you...

Energy Independence: Repression v. Depression...

When people go to the pump to fuel up, they're already fumed about the price for one, and way past fuming that Big Oil is making record profits funneled through this or that opposition group for another. So to cut right through the oil and grime build up that comes with normal everyday wear & tear of just getting from point A to B, the true facts need to be mapped out. 

U.S. Crude and Natural Gas Resources

Starting with this map provided by EnergyTomorrow.org, the real facts are that to get to renewables we need to take into consideration that along with the vehicles we have now not ending up as a waste land of rust on American's front lawns, an endless list from auto mechanics to parts & accessaries already in the employ of jobs need to be considered for the transitioning over a period of time so America will not go into a depression that also lifts us up out of this recession.

Obviously it's all green light go for "green earth", however, getting there has to be reliably efficient based on facts and not conjecture of just being opposed to everything we are running on now because some other group tells you to be that way.  The real truth are that opposition groups are mostly trying to push their own products into the market so they can be the recipients of all those funds in the record profits division.

If you have anything that represents your retirement, you might want to locate the real holders of those funds before you go voting anything out, because when it comes down to it:

Tens of millions of Americans, many of them middle-class, own shares of oil company stocks through IRAs and mutual and pension funds, and they benefit from strong company earnings. Only 1.5 percent of industry shares are owned by corporate management.

There's not much to say about any politician who will cut off our way of travel at the same time they vote to silently destroy retirement accounts. However, like previously stated, a lot of their support comes from the competition who just want to make all those record profits themselves when the real goal is for Americans as a whole to start making record profits with many jobs leaving the un-employment line.

If you think about expansion situations on a global scale, you won't have to do much thinking when a picture is worth a thousand words:

The rest of the world is not slowing down, they're just producing more to keep employees in the employ so they can of course make money, but also provide the livelihood of families to just live somewhere around the just surviving department.  It's no great secret that jobs are the root source of rotating all growth for the "In the pursuit of happiness" thing, and as American's face talks of depression, real solutions that expound keeping security alive is an American Job #1 that never fails here in the homeland and will not go down without a fight.

As policymakers over-exagerate about energy and energy policy, what follows are some of the most frequently heard claims and proposals emanating from the campaign trail. Along with realities that need to be considered when evaluating these claims, Energy issues and rhetoric are provided just to cut through the wasted energy of the only consistency getting anywhere are all these speeches to no-where:

In all reality, there is no effect and cause in stopping anything because that trajectory is a direct hit over the head with a double dose of "DEPRESSION", and We the People are repressed enough because Politicians haven't provided the proffered "ACT's" they have been proclaiming for the last 30 years.

Group of 16 Bipartisan group will improve energy security
Prices Oil companies are to blame for the price of gasoline.
Supply We can't drill our way out of this problem.
Leases Oil companies do not use the leases they have.
Environment Drilling for oil will ruin the environment.
Alternatives We need to stop using oil and use alternatives instead.
Investment Oil companies don't invest in alternatives.
Profits We should tax oil companies' windfall profits.
Taxes Taxes on oil companies should be increased.
Ownership Oil companies profit at the expense of working Americans.
Exports Oil companies export valuable resources.

*****The biggest thing to consider is that if oil prices do go down, the only thought that counts is that we should not lose sight of the goal of renewables even if they again seem not worth the competition if oil is again too cheap to expand into other energy resource fields.  That will be a trick without the treat that is just a big oil ploy that kept us in this mess in the first place.

Disaster's Nature: Your game is up...

The G-7 rolls into town not since 20 years ago when Russia joined the group only when it's their money at risk.  Not once in the last 8 years did they roll into town while America was rolling out the magic carpet in sympathy around the Planet while American's faced un-ending dilemma & disaster.

As the summer months roll right through fall into pre-winter solace, the calm before, during and after the storm is not easily dis-swayed by mother nature.  With gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean Hurricanes taking punches at America in the hit and miss column,  Hurricane Hernan's actions did a little side swipe of the west coast as winds reached almost 75 mph (120 kph) early Friday, the minimal strength for hurricane classification.

The part that is drawing down on The United States is the flooding and freeze frame picture perfect moments  where the Army Corp. of Engineers still has not picked up an entire upper part of the 48 United States flat map and prepared the design and re-structure for channeling flood waters into reservoirs for the summer months in the lower part of 48 states.
 
...and the real truth is "Warning systems in the United States today are a chaotic patchwork of technologies and procedures. Not only is there no coordination, there's no mechanism for coordination". 


Year after year the upper end of Billions get spent in disaster at the weight of American tragedy when it would only take the lower beginning of Billions to get to work on these issues that would enact a certain renewable safety net for people living in flood water States, and provide relief for lower drought season States.
 
With Law being the real Policy of our Nation, these duel roles in The Constitution are the two exact rights of the people that should be adhered more than anything at all right now:
 
 The 5th Amendment:
 
"nor shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of the law"
 
The 14th Amendment:
 
"nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of the law"

However, as usual, crisis circumvention always gets sidelined while it's proper protocol gets infringed just to en-act the vicious nature of people's attitudes.  So "YET AGAIN" as global recession grabs a couple gears to weigh in on American's sympathetic nature, here are the realities of winter almost here in the United States where everything from LIHEAP to INFRASTRUCTURE got denied by the our supposed such caring Congress and President.

Media reality: No problems in the job & housing crisis there...

With crunch time Presidential happenstance fueling media ratings for pushing aged old complacency in the anger and hatred column, no-body cares if the media is bored. They all have places to live, vehicles to drive, and jobs that interchange like an easily disguised mis-matched pair of socks.  ( Freedom of the Press has no need to worry about losing anything because their Constitutional right is guaranteed. )

At the end of the day, everything in a Presidential debate is "fair game eye to eye & face to face" just like Congress attributes their arguments in debate, and that's where the mud sling'in road is worthy or not worth taking where "all" truths will come out.  It's easy to spit in the wind, but this ain't no dodge ball game, this is truly an economical crisis worthy of all truths arriving at the surface!

Otherwise, who cares what the media thinks, they change their story in every up to the moment hype other than the truth that didn't get told in the first place because they chose to feed the frenzy instead.

Sub-prime mortgage: counter-terrorism division...

Rep. Jim Moran from Virginia was on MSNBC's Hardball with Chris Matthews quoting the exact cause and effect is to reach right into the problem of our mortgage crisis and see an actual plan before signing another blank check on the dotted line.

With real life lost American dreams in the trillions for everyday hardworking Americans who already worked for that safety net, again American is the key word that needs real focus, and everyday hard working should not be the motto to regain another pile in the losses column.

With all the latest non-sense of how to save the escalating mortgage crisis, let's really get on the ball and get past 1,000,000 today by signing up at http://action.pickensplan.com/tellafriend just for one reliable issue.  There are no practical means of feasibility to get out of these crisis until we compile action after repeated action of getting people back to work, and the word of everyday is jobs, jobs, jobs not bailout and keep drowning!

On a real path to victory, how hard is it to project where these new "Energy Independence" facilities will base themselves including and not limited to outlet distributorships.  We need new refineries, assembly line production facilities for supplies and parts as well as re-tooling transportation & recycle in the green zone. (Green American jobs, and including Iraq's green zone with that  80  billion+  dollar surplus that needs to step up and work the path our American troops cleared for them).

With Wall Street and mainstreet on the downward slope, it's the highway we need to take on every middle ground that looks something like tomorrow is already here.  If you think today looks bad where 8700 was supposed to be the bottom of the Dow, keep procrastinating with stupid ideas like giving more handouts to entities who abuse the rights of everyone else.

For better or worst, it will continue to get worst unless real leadership says "14/15 more". Translation: "NO MORE" bailouts or loopholes for Wall Street who didn't do anything for America with these last two major hand outs unless it's an investment for job security directly to American businesses!

It really takes the cake when Wall Street rolled in the dough while all of America suffered, and then when the chips were down and they got priority brain surgery, all the brilliance that makes hand over fist on any other given day can't even come up with a few poker chips to get the ball rolling.

Wall Street keeps talking about failed confidence?  No confidence lost anywhere, Wall Street failed the test!

...and with modern day Bonny & Clyde scam artists' Herbert & Marianne Sandler who swindled Wachovia Bank with bundles of false securities, there needs to be a lot more handcuffs passed out and less get out of jail free cards!

Anne Coulter covers the news of the day and night and says she goes to sleep about the time the sun comes up. Since she is seen in the daytime, a vampire is off the table, but maybe not black widow.  However, where was Anne when George W. Bush told Syria to get out of Lebanon?

In a previous attempt to pull the hair plug out of Joe Biden's Vp speech,  Anne's statement was " Hezbollah was never kicked out of Lebanon" when Biden said about Hezbollah: "When we kicked--along with France--we kicked hezbollah out of Lebanon ( see Columnists ).

For everyone's information, George W. Bush did stand up like Ronald Regan and tell Syria to get out of Lebanon (late '04 early '05?). This is also the exact same time Anne thought Bush was Jesus and jokes were flying about not getting any bush from Anne if you didn't believe Bush was Jesus too. (that part may or may not be true, but it sure was funny)

3 hours before the Presidential debate at Belmont University in Nashville Tennessee, hearings on the Hill coordinated efforts to re-tool 401k thinking from Economic Phd's in the Retirement Security Division as Chairman of the E & L Committee Rep. George Miller laid out the foundation from where he sits.  The quid pro quo is that in all the education recovery that were spent with previous allocations of funding, the comparable guestimate is still the same 'ol story that another theory has and had not made progress.
With placing loopholes in de-ventilated investment advice being a key question from Rep. Rob Andrews answering in the negative, Index funds, stocks and all that bonds to any any risk prove that Social Security will be a lot safer if there is a no-way/no-how allowance of that programmed initiative.  In the most simplest language there is, if privatizing Social Security were to get implemented, the government would be called in for another bailout at the expense of the taxpayers, and that gas tank is clearly running on empty.
So with information on which dietary quality, physical activity status, related nutrition messages, and links to nutrient and physical activity information in constant practice, the remedial motor skills of the underlying event for today's Presidential debate in the arena of the School of Physical Therapy brought out comparisons that all the care in the world doesn't matter unless real leadership is at the helm to conquer the divided.  Bi-partisanship is 20th Century and here in the 21st Century, working ability of i-knowledge in multi-lateral agreements is the only leadership that counts.
Furthermore, in event of USDA's MyPyramid Tracker Nutrition Assessment Guidelines, the online dietary and physical activity assessment tool that provides Belmont University's link curriculum begins the debate that all that matters is purely the character of what the candidate will provide in an "all of the above" all around implementation including "all of the below" issues in every department. 

...and that's my coverage of tonights Presidential debate because I have better things to do like jump into the TBoonePicken's debate of an e-Rally tonight that's building into the largest internet rally for energy independence in history to show The Entire Congress that we mean business about them getting us a plan to get off foreign oil.

*The Phdp heading is just simply that for things to really change, language like adding a p at the end of Phd is one way, and allowing someone with real experience without a degree the chance is another.  Either way, it's clearly obvious that even documented Phd's make just as many mistakes as anyone without that piece a paper on the wall and with competition no longer just the hype of surviving another terrorist threat, we all have to step into the shoes of our all-game that will keep our Country just rolling along better than usual...


Post script:

To tackle the entire issue with "all of the above Energy Independence" we also have to consider our 9 Supreme Court Justices due to many lawsuits that infringe upon the people's right of safety and security as well as prosperity.  In one motion, new reforms could require that "trusted environmentalist groups be the delegated contract to contain and secure hazards" of on-site provocative hazard conditions so that recycle and clean up doesn't just get swept under the rug.  With that will create whole new divisions of employers and employees as well as keep stagnated issues out of overcrowded court systems.

The Azap at the end of xyz...

With markets at an all time low, NYSE & NASDAQ balconies were ever full as usual with executive members giving rounds of applause for FED Chairman Ben Bernanke's motion to buy up commercial paper in a proposal to extend levitation to the credit crunch.

With all this expertise in the actual market, the foreseeable future just has to make you wonder why "Price Discovery in the Agriculture Futures Markets" doesn't have a real grip on solutions instead of always looking up to big brother FED waiting for that 'ol E. F. Hutton echo to keep the ball in the game.

As typical with above echelon status solutions, Bernanke's plan all while a green light go on expansions for the better free market capital experience, it also brings up the question of where is the solvency that got us in this mess in the first place as the food for thought.

In one instance, when paying farmers not to grow crops at the same time "tax payer dollars in subsidy" are paying them to do it, Houston we have a problem is the only thought that counts.  With E-85 gaining ground in design and structure, and food prices at an all time high, the first thought is how can any plan bring Wal-Mart everyday low prices to every grocer.

You'd think with all the brilliance of "Hedging in the Agricultural Futures Markets", they would at least put forth some effort to keep that part of the game in play where there are hungry families all over the globe in the always glass half empty scenario.

To expound on real actualities, tax payer monies are continually sent out of the country to assist other countries for food for the hungry while we pay our farmers not  to grow crops for our own citizens.  The only thought that counts here is to lower prices for all production companies who utilize raw commodities to create the products we see on the shelves including feed for livestock and raw material for fuel expansions.

We keep taking it in the shorts while we have real solutions in the long and the old scenario that if it makes sense then it's not government protocol is old hack time to hang up the coat on that issue. The new bravado is just simple 21st and a half century ways of thought right now in all divisions even if there will be a continuing agreement to dis-agree.   At least real flow will  bring supply into realization with demand, and on a global scale that's not an issue taken lightly.

This trickle down from the top effect is what Obama doesn't get and that McCain just doesn't care about because his belly has basically been full since his birth.  People are hungry everywhere in basic 101 survival, and with environmentalist taking away our hunting grounds, there is an evermore need to create more oxygen by growing more plants that keep real rotation fueling food for thought. It is just a thought, just a simple thought that ran away with itself when it came down to the left-out right way to go.

...and what's the common sense quote of the day?  Bernanke should have instilled the foreseeable lowered interest rates on all that commercial paper that he talked about ding'in the bell with down the road.  With fear on the minds of our global exponential partners because of issues like America moving "Energy Independence" into play, it's not going to happen over night and we still need partnerships even by proxy furthering a contingency with or without allowing them voting stock. 

*This is personal American business like the kind that knows the melting pot has actual citizens here in the United States from around the entire globe and it may be a dis-functional family, however, that difference of opinion is what gives us the strength to grow and extend courtesies back to the homelands most of all our families came from.

There is an otherwise category, however, their brilliant extrovert personality contributions to lift up our down and out economy are spending too much wasted energy wearing their "I'm with stupid" shirt that points towards the introvert.

Cramer has 5 adverse portfolio fatteners that go up and down with the flow where micromanagement is not the way to success, and taking advantage of lean times is how the rich stay rich at Cramerica Headquarters.  That old philosophy of frugal living is just to make the poor work'in man and woman feel better about being poor while they make amends with themselves in tough times that get them no-where at the usual constant pace.

The realities are that Corporate Democracy is a Myth because if you are the one at the top and don't take huge payoffs, you provide a false sense of security for your sub-ordinates driving their all hour nights to keep making you the biggest money so they can get in line on the pay day side of the room. However, like Carl says, "Many corporate boards and managers are doing an abysmal job and the lack of competent leadership makes our companies less competitive day by day", and that's the bottom line that has dropped the bottom out of the boat.

With golden parachutes being revised, there will come to terms some kind of balance if Corporate America wants that golden parachute from big brother.  Diversifying the times they are a chang'in, however, Capitalism is our root source of success and that will never change.

As new visions from Iconic Totalitarians pave a way for new gateways to success, just another way of looking at tyranny parading as democracy is an art source like drawing on the right side of the brain.  Basically calling on a chick flick for a moment, "How to loose a guy in 10 days" is like when all advertisers diversified to champion women as the real spending bread winners, or when Star Wars creator George Lucas kept the rights on the products and launched an over night success.

These just to name a few payed off and launched us into taking a look at the real world while the Pepsi generation went into battle with classic Coke in a taste test.  New divisions erupted and many times the foolish weren't fooled, but it all circled back that just Regular Pepsi and Classic Coke are still side by side kings of the road.  

Basically taking all those junk options from the 700 billion dollar deal may look drastic now, however, are you still kicking yourself for not buying Microsoft stock in the early times.  That wasn't a question because everyone wants that one deal that gives them a royalty of such or another, and playing it safe is always equally risky as taking risks when you should have played it safe.

Like in the previous post, time-shares are a basic hobby so why can't a few "business" friends make a little adjustment in investment and drive home on the less property taxes. Although the reality of being frugal may be the best option of personal living, with many homeowners in foreclosure, these people have to pay some kind of rent somewhere just like they were before they embarked upon their failed ownership journey.

...and that's the kind of money in the bank that may return to better times when an owner-contract may re-invent itself with all these renewable jobs working their way into the mix.
