Conservative rights that won't leave you left out...

While the movie "An American Carol" takes a right exit onto Hollywood's left side of the street, the Presidential Election spins into an off Broadway role of the movie "28 Days Later" 30 days before the 4th rides in on the 11th hour. Ooops, that's the 11th month. Got confused with all these failed attempts at brainwashing, and that's a (ha-ha) in the face of the accusers at this point.

With all these conspiracy guilt by past association theories that should have been covered months ago, sparks start to fly with finger pointing on everything except anything that matters right now, and those politics as usual are the change America wants in the actual wins column ta'day translating as yesterday.

Americans are not going to get sidetracked with another pile of garbage in times of dire need except for those sidetrackees fueling that burned out char coal. LIHEAP, the un-employment Bill, and among others got railroaded while Congress took the fast-track out of D.C., and this is America's time where real issues matter because local, state, and federal everyday citizens have been taking one for the team like it was the roaring 20's with machine gun Kelly at the wheel.

That's the worst part about the 700 Billion Dollar deal. It could have got loaded up with LIHEAP, the un-employment extension, and among others that really count as we go into winter such as the infrastructure expenditures that are very much needed in the extreme weather northern states. However, at least we can all get drunk on Rum and shot each other with rubber tipped arrows because in all the stupidity of these erupting half baked attack strategies, The Architect who assisted us into all this mess is now a FoxNews shot caller better known as Karl Rove.

Although we need shrewd political strategy analysts, American's still remember the "I don't recalls" that took the 5th Amendment when testifying before Congress on many issues and any reflection now will best be served by launching the rock that gathers no moss.

In a time when single family dwellings are short on the sale, the time is always the right time to invest and multi-family dwellings would be an investment that would at least carry the the minimum balance needed to stay afloat. If anyone is telling you this is bad advice, look at their portfolios because they're the ones doing all the buying while your stupidity is sitting on the sidelines listening to conspiracy theories spewing the fact that they are just keeping your illiteracy in the game.

If you want real satisfaction that counts right now, "Financial Wisdom From Three Wise Men", i.e.; Warren Buffett, Dennis Gartmen and Puggy Pearson always find very real methods to achieve financial success, and you might want to take at least 5 of your every Sunday 10% and put it right into the American Community otherwise there may not be any 10% to go around in the usual merry go round.

Think of it as a time-share that you don't live in, and while everyone is asking the questions, "HOW ABOUT ALL OF THE ABOVE ENERGY INDEPENDENCE" as the very most important money maker of any day!

Emphasis on nano-cohesion erred Microfarads[2]...

"to whose feelings the selected must attribute the duty of organizing different departments of instruction necessary to accommodate the ever widening circle of scholars..."

These words of intro began the Founders thoughts into transcribed "Pikers" conversation of the "Battling Bear" future Alumni of St. Louis's Washington University. In a more than welcomed Scrapper v. Barracuda Vice Presidential debate, among the crush or be crushed student conversations, the most economical statements were about environmental intelligence and how to expand education to all levels of society in balanced representation.

With engineered curriculum covering geometric methods instrumental in stability with guaranteed region of attraction in zero dynamics of normal forms,  both candidates were up against some of the smartest intellectual wits in the Country for this proposed make or break 1st Vp face off debate.

The civility started off from Palin requesting a just Joe first name basis to kick off Biden's beginning statement that the rescue criteria of our economic downfall will be in a better position with Obama at the helm.

With fear being the constituent voice starting out Palin's statement, the government letdown was reminded that McCain was the one a couple years ago that held his head up against all odds, and Biden re-resorted to remembering the first names of the individuals he talked to in explaining the real life dramas of hard working Americans going no-where in the failing economy led by the Republicans.

On the rebound, Palin went on the offense with the status appeal of less taxes being the best way to creating more flow supporting the current policy excising the bad apples.  Biden quoted defense in the fairness rule that has left out the middle class who are the economic engine of our Country, and mentioned tactics for regaining strengths of Regan's conservative base that was a key point scoring a goal against the opposition.

...and then the patriotic slap in the face went back at Biden from Palin on the tax issue that gained some ground until it backfired when she quoted McCain's health care plan that includes making health care policies a taxable income only beneficial to the insurance companies under the his plan.

Since Palin couldn't compete with Biden on foreign relations, the barracudas returning conversations kept chewing up the Scraper while he was in the water on energy and stayed away from the argument of who to blame on environmental policy clear-cutting a path right to solvency.

With a rebound motion pulling himself out of the water, Biden took the conversation right to the heart of the man made existence of our planetary pollution and stood his ground on the Obama policy led by Al Gore's environmental outlook.  When it came to clean coal technology, both candidates support the idea so that issue is covered no matter who wins the Vp slot.

When it came to same sex rights, Biden went right to the Constitution on everything except traditional marriage, and Palin quoted limits of same sex when it comes to traditional values in well founded conservative base.

When it came to the War in Iraq, Palin stated we have to stay until we win, and Biden crushed her on that issue with experience as being one of the most respected leaders in the Senate on foreign relations.  Even in her statement that Biden's exit strategy policy was nothing but a waving white flag, she rolled back measures of what Biden said when the race was young and couldn't bring up a real policy of attack and conquer to get us out of the 10 - 12 Billion dollar monthly deficit except staying in a "war we can not win" that does although example wins in some major key battles here and there.

Palin quoted nuclear proliferation in the hands of smaller countries like Iran threatening Israel but has no actual knowledge of how the real world works by utilizing threats against someone to get attention and monies from the bigger countries.  Requiring this type of knowledgable leadership while America is weakened by a failing economy also in debt of conquerers dependent on their power to keep us going brings up the double quotations on "especially".

Q: What do you get when you have one far right religious leader against an extremest religious leader?
A: A direct link into Hell with the only way out by "knowing how to get kicked out for selling ice water!"

Adherences needed while we wean ourselves off the foreign reliance of energy is the "quotation source" in response needed to take back our Country that's slowly getting sold off in a very cheap yard sale.

In extension of our real weakness, sending all our military including our National Guard Reserves out of the Country in worthless battles under anyones plan while all our local, state, and federal protection services are underfunded and understaffed are realities needing real redress and Congress had better wake up in these actualities also.

As the Washington outsider, the strengths of the Barracuda will be best served In-Country if elected by brushing up on National matters as a whole where her Executive experience holds weight, but in no-way is she ready for the Prez slot where the barracuda's Cheney policy was the well noticed diplomacy when Palin chose not to answer the question except favoring an "Executive Order" delegating authority to her from the President.

As the President of the Senate for the winning Vp, the Legislative scraper v. Executive barracuda doesn't need to remember any legal case by memory because that's the judicial department. However, the actual knowledge of how to interpret law by not legislating from the bench is just knowing that Strickland v. Washington is a two prong test that is not in real favor of the defendant as it was proffered and even the Bench has it's necessary pork that needs to be cut! (correction: The Vice President only enacts status in the event of a tie in the Senate.)

And that's the judgment call from a paying customer that this is business, personal, and all of the above...

Warning! Do not read if your political science is weak...

As the bacon gets fried in the press with many projects being loaded with peak performance funding in the Financial Markets Bill (H.R 1424),  Congress is finally so far down in the hole there's no way out except "All of the Above Energy Independence".  (However, as one of those pork projects for auto race car extensions, high octane leisure activities "are mainstreet America" that continually make money so any investment in that division covers both sides of the coin).

In another actuality check starting at the top, all Global American oil companies are diversifying and don't only drill, drill, drill for oil. Exxon has a new battery fuel cell, petrochemicals for tomorrows new fuel studies, coal to gasoline through gasification, and methanol to gasoline conversion to significantly reduce the potential pollutants from coal including the reduction of SOx emissions and the capture of CO2. With their 2030 outlook seeking partnerships with nuclear power and renewable energies, all the huge profits they are making now are going in the right direction in combined cycle (IGCC) with carbon capture and storage (CCS) that goes right back into the ground where all these pollutants naturally pollute the planet with or without man made extensions.

Beyond Petroleum Alternative Energy is investing in new ways of providing energy from innovative new solar and WindTurbine businesses also advancing bio-fuels and clean energy technologies including capture and storage of carbon dioxide from traditional fossil fuels.

Oh, and if you want to just try and just get rid of coal, you might want to think twice about tangling with Warren Buffet because coal is used to make coca cola and if I'm not mistaken that global product is still high on his investment list. Since the Oracle of Omaha is a major investment holder of WindTurbine that says renewable electricity all the way, the overall American infrastructure needs funding and that takes the continuation of utilizing what we have now.

And that clean coal technology is:

Oxy-coal technology in the use of pure oxygen and re-circulated flue gas instead of air in the coal combustion process. Air is roughly 4/5 nitrogen and by using oxygen instead of air, nitrogen is eliminated from the combustion mix creating a purer stream of CO2 making carbon capture easier and cheaper than conventional methods.

K-Fuel and K-Direct technologies that process clean coal before it is burned is in research and development to dramatically reduce mercury and increase the energy potential in existing coal and allows coal to be refined at power plants on-site thus the reduction of transportation that creates an extra carbon footprint upon just everyday travel.

Millennium Synfuels is in research and development for the recover of synthetic crude oil and natural gas from coal using its Hybrid Energy System technology. It basically retrieves crude oil out of coal still having energy left over for electricity generation. Not only can the remaining solid material called char be used to fuel power stations to produce electricity, further research & development will lead to cleaner uses in products such as hydrogen, ammonia, and sulfur.

If you want to start talking about fuel for the future, Hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe, making up 75% of all matter. It also contains the most energy of all fuels—55,000 Btu/lb.  The reason this research and development is very useful and can be misleading is because large amounts of energy must be spent to separate, store and transport elemental hydrogen (H2). Hydrogen in this elemental form is rare on Earth and must be separated from other compounds in order to be used for energy. There are several methods for breaking down hydrogen and among them, again using coal is one of the cheapest.

With processes called Enhanced or Recovery (EOR), more oil can be recovered and operating costs can stay low to hire more employees, and invest in more renewable energies that is the real goal of everyone on the planet for our posterity whether they be human, animal, plant and fishes.

Again in the actual bridge to the future while not making all our current vehicles lawn ornaments with no fuel at all, TBoonePickens & CNG are the Natural Gas Kings of today with real plans where many American vehicles and WindTurbine can burn cleaner and produce cleaner electricity while we transition to 10 years down the road of many more alternative & renewable fuels with even Algae being a green fuel source.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to do a little research for "All of Above American Energy Independence", it just takes everyone to keep everyone else honest with recycle processes that don't waste energy spouting off about something they have no idea of what they are talking about, nor are a real participant of how to get to where America really needs to be and go!

Politics unusual that actually worked...

Only two times of late has the president pro tempore abandoned silence on the floor of the United States Senate pursuant to the House Rule brought to order by gavel.  One round of applause was when Senator Ted Kennedy walked out of the hospital and on to the Senate floor to vote on a Bill he spent many years in sponsor, and tonight in paying respectful regards for the Secretary of the Senate members just call David who is retiring in the next couple of months after 31 years as a Senate staffer.

With change America needs being the agenda of both Presidential Candidate tickets, the valor brought up before the Financial Markets Bill (H.R 1424) was the exact sentiment addressing the real engine of how things get done who are mostly left without appreciation when the real credit of operations is due. In case your brain dead tissue isn't on the same page, that's the "Middle Class".

As all eyes from every news channel sat salivating in wonderment of the yeas and nays, the Senate passed the 700 Billion dollar re-liquidation credit Bill at 74 to 25 leaving the House of Representatives with the final tab when they return to session tomorrow designated on Friday via the media.  With 25 nay votes the continuing wonderment of worry on the issue of passage in the House of Representatives, politics has actually worked once for the people at the same time it has worked for representatives.

With votes needed to vote against the Bill to keep face with their upcoming voting constituents, when this Bill does actually get out there with private re-investment, and the FED getting defaults at about 50 cents on the dollar or less, properties usually don't default at the level so this can be a step up above the Oracle of Omaha's new 5 billion dollar deal that granted him 10% voting proxy in his new endeavor.

Since all eyes are diverted from the real issue, the only real issue worthy of worry is that this deal doesn't fall further into the hands of even more Foreign investors looking to cash in on America's demise.  With less taxes in the Bill and American jobs being created and being kept, the money and opportunity is there not having to grasp at straws and instead come up with whole bails of hay on many a field of dreams.

So as the distance of America falling apart gets abridged in this repairing motion, the differences of partisanship have prevailed by not passing the initial bill in the first place with everyone working the Bill to death until life again prevailed in Freedom of Choice that has been the real abridgment of rights of the people in at least the last 5 years. Before it was pork barrel spending with a rubber stamp of approval, and now the puppets started to pull the strings in a quote as simple as that.

...and that ladies and gentlemen is real History our Founding Fathers are rolling over in their graves wishing they could again be part of called a real Revolution worth fighting for.  Just something that really works for the Country as a whole where the new "tyrant" called the freedom of the press isn't brain washing the people with their version of the ill-reputed facts as usual.

Octoberfest kicks off pre-day Vp debate...

University of Central Florida kicked off an Octoberfest Obama rally with Bill Clinton saying, "You know I'm here because we have to change America's work force and get to the heart of the hub being the middle class".  On his agenda were many of talks involving returning to space as the walking frontier, however his immediate regard was for the new banking limit.

The number one priority that says why haven't we already is "increasing the FDIC Insurance from $100,000 to $250,000".  This will require the FDIC to raise its limit to provide depositors confidence that their money is safe and help eliminate runs on banks that are "just one part of the problem destabilizing the all around industry".  When it comes to health insurance for small business, the Bill going to the floor in revised status needs to address small business in this same measure.

Although Bill Clinton makes the Universal Health Care sound good, maybe he should start charging rent on his private library books to pay for it.  I don't want my taxes raised to pay for it and neither does the rest of America!  Although there are many Americans that need a continuing health care coverage in a social value, America needs 21st Century solutions of "privatized picked out by the patients" coalition health care grants from the government and not a universal HMO type that left practitioners as well as the patients on the curb with nothing fixing the problem except a little change for the bus.

With everything a mess & declining with all values looking like the craters on the moon, the turtle on the fence post didn't get there by itself, and the silly rabbit is in the sights of John McCain too.

Also kicking of the 1st of October in the festive mood to reach into the hat and pull out a solution, crisis circumvention sponsored McCain's key points that we still have not solved our energy crisis, and although McCain didn't actually say it, Congress has not gotten to the rotten root key players like "Accorn" in the housing crisis.

In a make sure history doesn't repeat itself, McCain says the his soft tone today will carry a bite with his bark written in stone to reduce America's 10 Trillion dollar without taxing our way to prosperity.  However, as a gentle remainder, since John is the all no taxes type, maybe he should remind himself that making health care policies a taxable income is off limits too.

PS:

If Wall Street threatens to purposely crash the market, isn't that a threat against National Security? Yup, ya'll better consult your attorney!

The Stinging Waldo Pepper Effect...

Paul G. Stern launched a book entitled "Straight to the Top" in 1991 saying Dow Industrials would be at 20,000 by '09. Elected to the Dow Board of Directors in 1992, Stern was elevated to Presiding Director in May 2006 where he currently serves as chair of the Governance Committee and member of the Audit Committee as well as the Executive Committee.

Opening on Sep-30 '08 at 10,500, the glass 1/2 full only has three full months with no vacations, no reason for missing the grade because on-line trading is at the fingertips all over the globe with TDAmeritrade, and of course there is that all time high never lacking euphoria of Other Peoples Money.  However, where is Paul now when his forecast is shadowed by less 9,500 on the books.

With "Democrat" Sheila Jackson Lee saying her priority is to also repair Wall Street while protecting mainstreet, the real plan is that everyone is just flying by the seat of their pants saying it isn't politics and/or business as the hype-extension usual.

Although Minnesota Congresswoman Michele Backman saying she doesn't participate in the hacksaw-jones theory because her representation(s) are mostly the hub of expanding and continuing business, C-Span's archives of political trashing about show these long-winded speeches to no-where are from both parties in a majority favored election year.

Furthermore, when a Bill gets sent to the floor that all members know won't get passed, and even say it won't get passed on the floor, that's called deficiency in the real world contingent upon walking papers with or without severance pay, so where is the ethics committee when We the People really need them.

As for Wall Street playing the slot machine at the card table, hoaxified was right there making all the money on almost 150 dollar a barrel oil while the rest of America suffered continually so there's not much sympathy to go around because it all got spent on fueling the kids go cart at rocket fuel prices.

So go ahead and jump out a window Wall street, because after paying all these frick'in bills, We the People only have about 7 dollars left to go to ScottsTrade or buy flowers for your graves.  Or ya'll can take those windfall profits and install zippers with buttons like a pair of fly levi's so the wear and tear won't create any catch phrases of ouch for the members only club.

It's still Freedom of Choice, and as for these political hacks sending garbage to the floor stalling for Party leadership that still doesn't get the job done, yeah your goose is cooked too because Thanksgiving is right around the corner where the local deli will give a discount if you bring in your own all plucked and feathered.

*Capitulate-smuckatchulate, just lose the hype, get'r done, and give We the American People a little more credit for the smarts of sticking like glue to assist whenever anyone needs us.

Post script:

*http://www.chevron.com/deliveringenergy/naturalgas/ is CNG's  Natural  Gas  optimum coalition  with  TBoonePickens for green light go to the voting box for those who will vote yes on real bridges of "Energy Independence" for Americans in a goal of cleaner burning fuel for all local, state, and federal vehicles starting with the heavy duty vehicles first.

The uninstall zip of duh 700 Billion Dollar Bill...

With the 700 billion Dollar Government bailout crashing in the House of Representatives, White House Adviser Keith Hennessy stopped in at CNBC's "Fast Money" to say at this point there's no direct schedule of try-try again certainty on the day-dusk Holiday Celebration sparking off the Jewish New Year's Resolution of Rosh Hashanah.

In light of real actualities, each Republican President of the United States causes suffrage of an economic recession at the end of their terms at the cost of the American people being the aged old adage of the 19th Century, and this new world order garbage they keep feeding us in just one word that needs adherence is "obsolete" because at least N.W.O. Wrestling gives some kind of entertainment.

President Bush & John McCain did utilize with success very important necessaries of our Military Generals when America's War on Terror felt no compassion from anyone, however, now is the time for the slogan of "no longer in general use" better referred as "obsolete".

The delegation of authority needed now are business type individuals that have the "common sense" to listen to experts such as Mad Money Man Cramer and other real life everyday panel of experts that work with everyday people to make life better for families who take monies out of their leisure time to make a better future for their children counting on it just being there.

All of America has watched many a movies at the helm of 20th Century Fox that are even obsolete as drive in big screen entertainment, and the real truth is that while it was barns full of hay day for the Republican Party and Rubber Stamp Sam for the last 8 years, now they want to cry wolf with the Democrats holding the all fly pattern majority.

If you want some t&t dynamite, "Tell the Truth" has another lower case "t" that another House Republican also went on "fast money" toating a quote that Democrats could have passed the Bill and Republican's didn't want to put 700 Billion Dollars worth of debt on their children and their children's children's burden. However, where was all that responsibility when the Republicans held hostage the House an Senate for the last 8 years.

Politics as usual are causing wall street, main street, and every alleyway to duck and take cover for the next week with not passing this Bill, however, let us remember the The S&L Savings and Loan fiasco with Regan & Bush Senior and Senator McCain as a participant in his younger days that wisked away We the People like they were bugs under the rug.

And if that's not enough for ya, let us truly go back to Nixon and his end term recesssion of re-enactment to "Tell the Truth" that just says 7 days is only 168 hours 10,080 minutes 604,800 seconds all in one approximity of:

Foreclosure Bailout Lenders

Chrysler Government Bailout

Chrysler Corporation Bailout

Foreclosure Bailout Loans

Savings And Loan Bailout

Airline Bailout

Government Bailout Airlines

Bailout Definition

Can Bankruptcy Stop Foreclosure

Refinance While House Is in Foreclosure

Exxon Valdez

Loans for People in Foreclosure

IMF

Savings Loan Crisi

That all basically says that HR 3997 will get done in good time with headings of:

I. Stabilizing the Economy
The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 (EESA) provides up to $700 billion to the Secretary of the Treasury to buy mortgages and other assets that are clogging the balance sheets of financial institutions and making it difficult for working families, small businesses, and other companies to access credit, which is vital to a strong and stable economy. EESA also establishes a program that would allow companies to insure their troubled assets.

II. Homeownership Preservation
EESA requires the Treasury to modify troubled loans – many the result of predatory lending practices – wherever possible to help American families keep their homes. It also directs other federal agencies to modify loans that they own or control. Finally, it improves the HOPE for Homeowners program by expanding eligibility and increasing the tools available to the Department of Housing and Urban Development to help more families keep their homes.

III. Taxpayer Protection
Taxpayers should not be expected to pay for Wall Street’s mistakes. The legislation requires companies that sell some of their bad assets to the government to provide warrants so that taxpayers will benefit from any future growth these companies may experience as a result of participation in this program. The legislation also requires the President to submit legislation that would cover any losses to taxpayers resulting from this program from financial institutions.

IV. No Windfalls for Executives
Executives who made bad decisions should not be allowed to dump their bad assets on the government, and then walk away with millions of dollars in bonuses. In order to participate in this program, companies will lose certain tax benefits and, in some cases, must limit executive pay. In addition, the bill limits “golden parachutes” and requires that unearned bonuses be returned.

V. Strong Oversight
Rather than giving the Treasury all the funds at once, the legislation gives the Treasury $250 billion immediately, then requires the President to certify that additional funds are needed ($100 billion, then $350 billion subject to Congressional disapproval). The Treasury must report on the use of the funds and the progress in addressing the crisis. EESA also establishes an Oversight Board so that the Treasury cannot act in an arbitrary manner. It also establishes a special inspector general to protect against waste, fraud and abuse.

...and another week will not make or break Wall Street, or America really is in trouble and no more trading period is the best advice for everyone!

Entirely to change the subject that that is the worst advice anyone can give, that just says one more week at the helm of bunker fortresses in the Kapisa provence Northeast Kabul Afghanistan are just up-scale base foundations for cities of the future.

With the Afghan National Army & U.S Marines securing the right of Democracy for the people that will allow American Training sessions to come back home with only the possibility of re-enter-reactions, that's like saying your on-line security system updating your computer is a hassle in the middle of your work, but it sure is worth it when you computer doesn't actually crash the way it used to in the past.

The good news is that the sun may set and rise with nothing changing in sums of the same on some issues, however, overall strategic planning in Afghanistan has also failed because nearby waters at the Kapisa Provence is leaning towards not producing irrigation systems that will "actually produce" fruitfull enterprises that re-route excess treated systems back into a re-cycle program that wins when the rains don't harvest.

Moreover, if ya'll wanna play politics, there is no platform to speak of because the real "ACT" is Energy Independence" 1st, "Education 2nd while "Infrastructure" is in due diligence co-habitating the exact same time while space is in the remodel recycle format of renewables that again says the real bridge to everywhere is PickensPlan.com.

In one single entity, "good everyday hard work is your very best friend" and failure isn't a dilemma, it's just another route of travel for scientific technological engineering advancement that is "Intellegently designed" as dis-appointment whereas a good joke always changes without notice such as:

Q: Why does an elephant have 4 feet?

A: Because 8 inches isn't enough.

With that, the Donkey is giving a mule kick to the Elephant representing eight years is enough, and it's as simple as that.

There's no disparity when just way to cool...

Today's column celebrates not the loss, but the gain for those who just met the man Paul Leonard Newman (January 26, 1925 – September 26, 2008).

For all the well known greatness of an Iconic American Legend, Paul Newman was an American actor, film director, entrepreneur, humanitarian and auto racing enthusiast. He won numerous awards, including an Academy Award, two Golden Globe Awards, a Screen Actors Guild Award, a Cannes Film Festival Award, an Emmy award, and many honorary awards. He also won several national championships as a driver in Sports Car Club of America road racing and his race teams won several championships in open wheel IndyCar racing.

Of course for those who knew Paul personally, there is continuing physical loss because on September 26, 2008, Paul died at his long-time home in Westport, Connecticut of complications arising from lung cancer.  However, living on as the physical reach of Paul's legend, he was also a co-founder of Newman's Own, a food company from which Mr. Newman donated all profits and royalties to charity. As of May 2007, these donations exceeded $220 million and you can't put a price on that type of generosity that repairs the many lives of others even if it couldn't revive the life of his own.

When it comes to the word "Legacy" of Paul the man, his Lifetime Achievements have not ended, they are just re-beginnning every second of every moment in the lives of others who will be inspired by Paul just being the real act he was in the movies, and there aren't enough spaces on Hollywood's sidewalk of fame to keep up with the stars in the sky that everyone around the entire planet will be able to look up at and say Paul Newman filled a certain brightness that will never burn out.

Briefly attending Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, where he was initiated into the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity, Paul now co-chairs his own Fraternity of "Delta-Delta Upsilon Aión", or "coeds for eternity" in respects of his loving wife "Joey" more popularly known as Joanne Woodward.

In respectful memory of a man I knew well like many others, but never got to meet, "Not gone, just very long remembered".

Oral arguments of Warrior v. Attorney...

The 2008 Presidential face off in Oxford, Mississippi began with outside crowd reactions of change this, keep that, and a couple I don't knows from the littlest of peoples. With everything on the minds of everyone, the most agreeing voices among the many crowded moments were side by side that each individual's vote counts.

In this 1st McCain/Obama Presidential debate since each won the nomination and the Obama/McCain campaign grabbing momentum internationally, the issues started off in the home court advantage of McCain via family roots. However, with the 1st African American being nominated for President of the United States, many Mississippians were focused on the National spotlight to show off their hometown diplomatic status to the rest of the Country since the days of segregation.

While everyone focused on the 1st African American President in very close side by side proximity, the more complete historical record is that on this date back in 1960, Kennedy v. Nixon was the very "First Presidential Debate" that now plays a duel role with the Eldest v. 1st African American.

And thus therein, "The Commission on Presidential Debates" presented from Co-Chairmen Frank Fahrenkopf & Paul Kirk with Jim Lehrer of PBS's "Newshour" orchestrating:

In 05...04...03 and 2 Candidates for the Q&A session with strength on financial and military began with:

In a defining moment of our history, approaching swift and wise oversight in returns for tax payers without golden parachutes for those who pull the rug out from under the wool defined moments in regard for discussing the magnitude of crisis on mainstreet.

Presenting the "How did we get in this place in the first place" squared off with the root problems in shredding regulations, and at the hub, regarding accountability were those who put the devil in the details as the fundamentals that both agreed.

With key conversations that America is the best importer and exporter, good times are ahead with any pledge that pork barrel spending veto power will pen in the names of all those that cross the voting proxy of hard working tax paying citizens of our Country.

Moving onto making sure that the health care system is an agenda, earmark reform was on track but not the whole train of problems. With private company benefits far out weighing the type o negative Canadian health care that leaves the waiting in a line at home for months, it's not the type of government sponsored program America needs.

When it came down to issues that matter for continuing business, tax cuts right now all around that opens the gap on loopholes instead of focusing on the top 10% is the only answer. "All" American Businesses need growth incentives for hiring new employees and expanding equity holdings.  Foreign investors with base company holdings here in America are receiving tax breaks and incentives that American owned businesses should be getting is the exact language of comprehension that needs reviewed.

Since we have an energy Bill on the floor right now and education the most important issue next to infrastructure, alternative energy as the real structure left out TBoonePicken's Plan that is gaining real weight with all Americans.  Furthermore, investing in the "all of above energy"  strategy so that Americans will have the proxy strength right here at home will be the changing view of just providing a specific ACT of Congress  that far surpasses the Bush protocol of just partying with the Grand Oil Party.

And then Jim Lehrer asked "How do we crunch the big hole we're in without crunching people who need underfunded programs that work".

At home and abroad we need less recklessness with more up tight military types of scrutiny on spending with boots shined and buckles polished for the economy to reach for the stars again. Without leaving necessary social programs in the gutter where poverty lives needing a hand up, of course there will be tough decisions, however, keeping time with 8 years of over spending that got us in this mess in the first place is the "not type" this country needs.

In a fundamental difference, with both candadates in complete differences of opinion in the Iraq war, the job wasn't finished in Afghanistan in measures well over 600 billion dollars soon to be a trillion. The eye off the ball that needs real focus is that while Iraq has a surplus, we are borrowing from other countries to stay in the overall war, and the military being used wisely is not how we stay, but how we leave and why we leave is the real answer.

The real art of strategy discipline that wins with the troops is holding up miscalculations of timetables on difference and funding, and not the the actual support of our troops. Overbearing with knowing and not being surprised, the tactical strategy all about discussing a strategy with coordinated efforts on the ground seemed to be the main focus for a winning success.  However, acknowledging some mistakes where they live, the poppy trade was also discussed but not what to do to assist those farmers who's daughters are being vicitmized by drug lords when they were and are forced to shut down their livelihood and way of life.

Being better prepared to pull the trigger of not cutting off funding out loud and working in silence is the more declared tactical strategy to attain the allegence of cell groups relying on Al Quaeda, and hitting their families where the heart is and not over the head is the only way to win over people who have been in an ageless battle most of their whole history.

When it came to pre-conditions of exploring conditions with Iran threatening our allies especialy Israel, the point that was left out is that a religious masque is right smack dab in the middle of Jereuselum whereas Jewish desendants are not allowed to attend in their own country, and solving this is the Presidential delegation of authority needed in diplomacy without using religion nor an offensive path of destuction.

The riddles are the many, and the answers are a few when times change every moment.  For the hardest job in the Country, the pro's and cons' describe the warrior v. lawyer that that was all then, this is now, and in any changing times whereas a leader can change his mind with valor in a crisis describes both men.

No muddling, just concise precission accurately adopting connection intead of the ways apart...

...And if none of that works, then a big stick in both hands really carries a couple of swings before they see it coming!

Gotcha missing better wins the gold...

If you want to talk about an even bigger upside down double dumper at America's expense, just keep the trap door closed, we're all full here.

With all the hub-bub over who to give more money to that American's have to borrow from sometimes hostile nations, the real issue getting sidelined is that we send $700 billion every year to those sometimes same hostile nations who laugh at us more and more while they keep raking in our money that continues to fund those who would do us harm...

...is the Gotcha missing better.

Moreover, while the 700 billion dollar Government bailout reached interrupting levels of un-interrupted momentum blasting away at questionable reprieve before Congress again goes on vacation, the actual suspension of punishment adhering relief is that American energy and agriculture are working together for safer and more secure U.S. domestic energy supplies...

...wins the gold.

Known as the American Ag & Energy Council or (AAEC), their forth wit expansion that deserves real attention is Ethanol, Biodiesel, Cellulosic and WindTurbin that are on the right course with an excellent online chat that will lessen the strings from foreign reliance.

As puppets in the grip of foreign reliance, the invisible road side bombs that keep blowing up in our own faces are simply these never-ending speeches to no-where, and the OPM we should be getting with increased exports from America's Gross Domestic Products reveals yet another misdiagnosed metaphor.

Forget about the previous clever in whatever, back to the conversation of (AAEC). "Food for fuel" does have it's ups and downs, however, just like all other products that bring out full price at the gate, by the time the finish line rolls around, the entire nation could feel relief.

One answer is simple if Congress would wake up on the idea of "illegal immigration" being a labor pool for American farmers instead of just sending them back to the revolving door at the border. Real focus on actual issues such as this would move forward at less costly with more production of expanded  growing fields instead of piling on even more debt at the tax payers expense.

The revolving door at the border is nothing except a never-ending expense to all
Americans at local, state, and federal levels.  Furthermore, while "illegal immigrants" sit in costly confinement space awaiting to be transferred to the revolving door at the border, they could have brought in crops for farmers who they came here to work for in the first place.

So what's the problem?  Determining the answer at just something quickly available to get the point across, small minds think a like who spend all their time talking about people instead of the issues while claiming thier Phd is the best Post doctorate.

Such as "They Gave Your Mortgage To A Less Qualified Minority" while "Dr. Frankenstein owns Wall Street" because "Biden's Financial History Disqualifies Him For High Office".

So what else is new? "Where Bill O'Reilly Came From" seems to make people think it's "Judgment Day" if "McCain" doesn't "Say No to Bush and Senate Democrats on Wall Street Bailout".

There's not much else to say except classes are freely in session at a 10% discount in an always ever increasing price of approximately 300 million times the wholesale value...

Forced Unionization gets the size 110% boot...

With Billions of hard working American dollars, the Employee Free Choice Act or (EFCA) is being pushed through Congress with a name tag of fair treatment & protection for union members of all walks of life.

In real identity, special-interest union lobbyists have not only taken away the Democracy of union members by ripping off their funding to use against them, they also lure in members to publicly sign a binding contract without seeing the "fine print". In just one notable issue, after 51% sign up, the remaining 49% of workers never get a choice and all doors are closed with threats of get back to work or else.

Jimmy Hoffa himself would roll over in his still un-disclosed grave over these mockery of 21st Century reforms taking place, as well as many American Company owners who would rather place all that funding into more productive measures like hiring more employees and allowing them to manage their own private health care among many other benefits.

Furthermore:

+When it comes to legitimate unions, there is no doubt that the (+) is for the benefit of all involved and leaving well enough alone is what works best for them.

-When issues overwhelm companies like Boeing with endless strikes that hinder production as well as paychecks for hard working American families, the (negative) times they are a chang'in and companies like this can benefit from adapting to the "sub-contractor amenity".

For example, Boeing initiated a great plan by adopting ShareValue Trust or (SVT).  In real terms, it's an incentive plan that allows eligible participants to share in the success of their efforts to improve productivity and grow the business.  The problem is that it didn't regard the real issue of the employee who is the hub of all activity.

With qualifications ranging from pushing the broom all the way to executive management, every position including in between has a politically correct label that says the employee needs a professional education of some sort just to apply.  In all reality, this also says these individuals can manage their own finances, pay their own taxes, and find private health care as well as an investment firm for retirement instead of wasting time in the street with a sign that never seems to resolve the issue.

A new "sub-contractor amenity program" can be adapted by creating the issuance of an early site permit upon hiring.  At the 90 day evaluation period, a sub-contractor's license permit can be applied for, and at the 180 day evaluation, a full sub-contractor's license can be secured when the employee has met adequate provisions and fulfilled legal obligations as a self employed individual.

Under the "sub-contractor amenity", the employee could get the same rate of pay except they get the full value cost the employer really has to pay for hiring that employee. If the employee decides to get health care and invest in their retirement then that's all up to them. However the real issue is that the employee gets the full value they work for and will have the extra cash flow to make real decisions that benefit their own families.

It would remove responsibility from overhead in a company so they could concentrate on building the company instead of seeing it get tore down by an issue that's usually all about the employee not getting the money or benefit they work for.

As for the little El Cochinos who think Forced Unionization is the way?  This heading is the answer to all of your wildest dreams because if you look around, American companies are seeking real answers that will continue to keep workers working in this near recessionized economy and not have all it's workers in the street causing disruptions that do nothing but put them in the red always trying to catch up.

6 powerhouses set to make liquid profits...

Choking on polluted air, China's most cherished & ancient dragon dropped down to drink the river water and found nearly 40% of them undrinkable.  In a mightily angered swoop because his people placed the inherence of nature in jeopardy, the dragon whisked it's way to a clear mountain spot catching rainwater from the leaves of a mighty secluded organic Dragonwell that gave heir to the world's most renowned green tea.  After a few moments of rest, his old friend the wise tiger gave a mighty laugh that seized a rare moment of opportunity...

Ok, that's a little fictional from this columnist. The real moment of opportunity is that China's most precious resource is in a wake up collision with actual reality that affects overall environmental global toxicity and says, "If they don't solve it, or if they don't solve it in time", then they fail.

...and no longer is China's go for broke exhaustion to dominate the issue. If they don't clean up their own front and back yards, they will literally find no sustenance from the world's most reliable source, i.e.; water...

...and no longer does China Palace the effect of Grandeur when the rivers won't stay clean if they don't address the air...

*And with that may bring obvious wisdoms in the err of China's ways with recent actions against Tibetan protestors. Why? China may now want to take heed of NOAA's Green House Gas studies and utilize mountain plants that will better absorb carbon monoxide from the atmosphere via new scientific findings in Plant Reproduction and Development.

Prior to the industrial revolution, concentrations of carbon dioxide (CO2) were achieved through the terrestrial biosphere and ocean were fairly stable at 280ppm. Today, they're around 370ppm with an increase of well over 30%.  However, in continuing global initiatives all over the planet taking responsibility in their own Country, the song remains the same that there's still a lot of work to do at the same time renewables are grabbing a base platform everywhere.

Although today's opening is fabled to reflect respect for China's posterity to clear up any All American stance this columnist won't bend nor break on, TownHall's discussion this 24th of September is factual concerning Quantum Funds raking in 4,200% gains in 10 years.  As a Bull bearing horns in China, Jim Rogers doesn't bring dominance except a renewable commodity source that’s 89 times what the markets gave to everyone else.

In a winning moment for environmentalists all over the planet, source material of "6 powerhouses set to make liquid profits" at http://www.oxfonline.com/MMR/ROG0108mm.html?pub=MMR&code=EMMRJ916 is the type of extension in arms that may seek positional stand offs to curb overall global toxicity because now it hits hard at home where China's heart is.

As China's parents flock medical assistance for their children's ailments linked to pollution, the overall effect is an ongoing struggle.  However, with recent Summer Olympic Game successes, maybe it is high time that lower outlying struggles will erupt in fame instead of the familiar old famine that adhere the frugal.

Low interests, Hill at stake...

The 700 Billion dollar bailout package for Fanny, Freddy and AIG took all arguments aside in the swish and sway momentum of yet another Bush rubber stamp with the same end of the week urgency as if it were 9/11 all over. Included in the right of way receivership is the possibility that Goldman Sachs would be a sweetheart in the deal if they fall below drowning level of liquidity to keep swimming up stream.

In the all agreeing conversation that the issue is economic urgency in times downtrodden, the slap in the face arrived on Congress's doorstep in language that the bailout had no oversight whereas Hearings may sort out the real route of travel of the extensive funding.

With American tax dollars being the only agenda and AIG being a global player with customers off shore, Jack Cafferty said it best about the loans themselves being ninja type for people who wouldn't have gotten a loan in the first place.

With that mind, the issue arrives pointed out that now that we're here, the de-fuse is just a simple question of how did "all" loanees "individually" do with their then new fortune?  Are the American people the bad applicants?  Is it more well rounded reach of detriment? Did loss of jobs here in the homeland & going overseas bring about un-fair play for loanees here in the United States?

In the only statement of those questions, overall, did the American people adapt and overcome in trying times in attempt to keep their good fortune without taking on bankruptcy that does make them better risk now.

The main synopsis is exactly that.  Did the American people fair well in this ninja exercise, and would they fair even better if they had the secure job to prove further extension setting aside all excuses from those already in secure positions that blab about the less fortunate.

Short and sweet is not sour if you look in the right place pointing out the betterment of this column.  If this bailout is approved with real protections for the American people, then at least their interest should flat rate at approximately 8% the FED offers all loanees.

*Because hey, with all conversation about this just being for the American people, the proof is in the pudding!

The 411 from Obama on transparency...

Barack Obama went live on 9/22/2008 and talked about transparency. With 9/22's TownHall Spotlight also about too much spending whereas the GOP had the pleasure of a rubber stamp President for the last eight years, starting at the beginning of 21st Century will show us the way to the money and what's going where.

Reflecting back, on December 2nd 1999 when Y2K was the most worrisome situation on the planet, again America is faced with another blown out of proportion doom and gloom for our way of life. So starting there, the Budget for Fiscal Year 2000 of the End of the Session Summary begins with the conclusion of the 106th Congress and the passage among others was H.R. 3194 on November 22nd.

Upon recommendation by the CBO's analysis, The Congressional Budget Office set forth Public-Law 106-113 as the Consolidated Appropriation Act comprising 5 of 13 appropriations and another number of Acts. As one of the main agendas not to create a budget deficit, it clearly states that "borrowing" monies from the Social Security Trust Fund was the path to follow, and written in exact language states "the need to use funds generated by the Social Security's trust funds to finance spending on other programs other than Social Security".

Located at http://www.cbo.gov/ftpdocs/17xx/doc1784/fy2000sum.pdf, the 2000 CBO projection was an on-budget 14 Billion dollar surplus plus the 147 Billion dollars off-budget surplus "to be borrowed" from Social Security trust funds that would still have put us in the red at 419 billion with the 580 Billion dollar overlay cap at that time.

Just one question?  How did we go from b with a Billion to t with a trillion in deficit?  Not forgetting about the "borrowed monies from Social Security needing cap suspension namely known as a moratorium with a capital M", to figure out the trillion dollar deficit salutation that now comes with America's name, we'll need to step up the pace and fast forward  Fiscal Year 2001 thru Fiscal Year 2007 since 2008's is being re-routed.

However, not before we review May 17, 2000 when Presidential hopeful George W. Bush called on fellow Republicans to pass permanent normal trade relations (PNTR) with China, arguing that GOP political differences with the Clinton Administration should be cast aside to advance "our national interests."  With Bush winning the Presidency, he must have meant "global interests", because taking into account overlays from Y2K that were over-run costs needing reimbursement, the surplus was still approximately 32 Billion. All good there "for National interests".

Just one question? Will the real Bill Clinton stand up on the "borrowing from Social Security" since it was under his watch that this took place?  We already know Bill is well into "his global initative" and sent American jobs out of the Country with NAFTA without a safety net.  So what are the real intentions of the Democrats who claim they are for the people when these two issues are completely no-where near the American people's interest.

It also brings up the question as to what reference was Bush talking about when he stated "that GOP political differences with the Clinton Administration should be cast aside to advance" since in all reality, the American people are getting sand blasted from both sides on this "National Interest" issue.

Located at at http://www.cbo.gov/doc.cfm?index=2727&type=0, the CBO's Forecast for 2001 and 2002 heading language reads "CBO's Economic Projections for Calendar Years 2001-2011". With further review, the transparency language is that "the path described in this report, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) projects that the total surplus will reach $281 billion in 2001, and such surpluses are projected to rise in the future, approaching $889 billion in 2011".

With everyone's claim still to this day that no-one has a crystal ball, and we're buried under a mole hill of trillions in deficit, the next answer is not much of question.  However, so how "didn't" all that projection figure into the scenario?  Of course 9/11 traded in our smooth ride for broken shock absorbers, and as everyone went shopping, the moles started digging with a new age name of technocrat at the helm.

It's just the way life is in growth. There's pain and pleasure bone and muscle aching realities that grab for aid here and there, however, the well worth it excersise does detour any lethargicisms that held us back in the past.

So where is all the money going?  In the veiw of the actual answer, that's all historical proven measure "for this purpose" that most ordinary people don't understand Latin, so speak English that everyday people can understand when attributing the 123's of abc's. Today's post is just a diversion to point out the real truths of our fearless leading number 1's.

In view of new commanders in their oval 4 door suite painted picture white, pushing forth ad hock adventures afar as the goal is out if our own American backyards are a big hole that fills up with every rainy day drowning the American People in sorrow because "We the People" are the real source of all funding that counts here.

Point solution?  Since Congress can't drive heavy equipment if they paid someone to do it, our new Prez needs to wrap both arms around America and bring us all up to speed by "Enacting all Energy Independence" to help pay for all this drama including the all natural human kind @ [ Hu ] in case you don't know.

Agrabbing another blue eyed beauty out of the crowed conversations, the almost 40 definitely new 30 Christina Applegate stepped up with red lipstick in a blue dress of delicacy to discuss the older women's disease not anywhere close to representation before entering the festive for her nomination of best comedy actress.

...and now then no politics aside, Stephen Colbert chewed the prunes over an aged old adage while Jon Stewart hacked the fat of a "Movie Series in a Dramatic Special" that finally arrived in entertainment department from Jay Roach who said HBO over & over great great, yadi, yadi, yada with a rock n roll sweetheart as his cute 'lil kitten.

...and now then, in the category of "Writing for a Dramatic Series" and still sidelining no funny business from tonight's winners, Stephen & Jon announced Kirk Ellis for "John Adams" who befriended mentors in the amazing opportunity category gifts the real articulate.

...and now then, of course the very lovely Sally Fields brought about the provocative civility of her grace on stage for "Outstanding Mini Series" that went to "John Adams" again as the winner with the Son of Hollywood presenting the 18 months for 7 hours of television HBO series.  In recognition, of course of the man he is at best, Tom acclaimed his always professionalism to the credit of others.

...and now then, Jimmy Kimmel's announcement role of the night brought about fair play for a first time new development strategy in Awards for duel roles of duel personalities in the final two leaving the Survivor host not in the final two. It got so confusing that a commercial break was needed to sort it all out with the winner re-arriving for outstanding host for a reality show that got a call from the Deal or no Deal fictional banker proposing a 5 way split playing on everyone's
emotions with Jeff as the final survivor of that round.
